lets add carb cycling but go up to 400 carbs on training daysGonna try introducing some carb cycling this week. Since we have the clen and cardio and fat loss have been good on 2500-2700 cals daily even on rest days.
Going forward macros are gonna be
350g carbs 200g protein 50g fat Training day
Rest days 200g carbs 200g protein 50g fat
Gonna aim for two rest days a week still. I’ve been recovering very well doing this and getting stronger with every single workout.
The clen and Reta are gonna be working overdrive and synergistically and we def gonna see a big difference and peel off the fat a lot quicker.
