Did I get scammed?

I began my whole order process around 3 weeks ago now.

This whole process was done initially on the website however when I experienced a problem transferring the bitcoin over, support & contact shifted over onto What5app.
On the official page, it says UGL only contacts through Email, Telegram or the Website, and my friends have now grown some suspicion and worry about whether someone has been acting as UGL on What5app or if there is offical staff on there.

My mates left very postive reviews about how quick they ship and can be trusted yet it has been a 3 week hassle for me.

We have been asked to send numerous payments since the original order and been told package would be arriving yet have been left waiting for two days now.

Have others have experienced this too or if we have just been scammed?

Mate get threema. Order from that with one of the labs on here. Make sure you are talking to the right people before you send money

Mate UGLOZ aint scammers. Once you put your order in and pay you get a confirmation straight away.

To be clear that's a YOU error not a THEM error.

It's also not clear which domain you used. Mudman doesn't know

But yes I don’t know for sure if you were scammed or not, all my experiences with them have been awesome and very fast.
