Bro, i know its cardio you struggle with. Maybe get on the mill or bike or whatever and find a good podcast (evo pds are great) or even something else if you fancy it (philosophy, conspiracies etc) n get lost in the moment. And the sweet tooth, i understand you.
What i do is i eat icecream once a week, 3 to 5 scoops depending on how i feel, then i account myself for it. You might not get em by july, but you'll get em! Maybe also out in some abs exercises, they'll help tighten n grow them so a bit easier to see em.
