makes some great sandwiches (well toasted anyways) or french toast too here and there! yummy!

I usually do good with breakfast and for lunch I've been having a southwestern seasoned chicked breast, cottage cheese with strawberries, and an apple everyday for lunch. I also have my protein shakes upon waking, pre and post workout and then sometimes before bed. It's dinner where I usually screw up. I try but it's hard when others in the family have amazing metabolism's and don't care what they eat.
 
well the fact that you are TRYING is the most important thing, plus the longer you get into the whole 'healthy eating' being a lifestyle the easier it is! :thumbup1:
 
True, my wife is coming around. I even got my four year old son thinking that the seasoned chicken breast I eat is a treat. Which to me it is. He also thinks making protein shakes is fun, so that's cool. The other day he asked if he could try some of my Jack3d, and that's where I drew the line. I can't imagine a four year old that hyped up. Plus my wife would kill me. I gave him some creatine one day just to let him try it, and she went nuts. Oh, well. I just can't wait to start training him...

I got a healthy choice pasta steak portobello meal. Eating it right now, figured it would taste like poo, but it is actually pretty good. I am proud of me

I just need to learn how to eat cleaner foods as I know the healthy choice meal is not the best I can do. But imho it is a good start for now.

I now wish I had some chili. Reading about it and now knowing that at least 2 others are eating it..And here I am with a salad..WTF?!??!
 
Well if it's any consolation........ I posted, went to make it and realized the hubby finished it off!!! No chili... :(

had 2 whole eggs and 3 (jumbo) egg whites, vogurt, a couple whole wheat pockets, tall glass of water and some coffee!! mmm

This pizza is SO GOOD.... I mean SO GOOD, it's temporarily worth feeling guilty and fat over ;)
