WHAT MUSIC MOTIVATES YOU?

Lots of good lifting music in here, but where is the cardio music? No house or trance music in here. I have to have that on my Ipod to get through cardio sessions. I have made it to the gym before and realized I forgot my ipod and went home to go get. Cardio sucks without hype music. I could be dead tired and the moment I listen to it I am ready to go.
 
This motivates me to eat healthily before working out..

Yeah I just saw him like a week ago. It was a killer show. I have seen lots of dj but first time I had the chance to see him live. I had a killer workout though I danced for hours. Here is one of the songs he spun there that I like.

BTH never did it for me, thanks. Most second gen G-rap fizzled, but it was the white suburban 3rd/4th genners who decided their life was horrible and to rap about it that are real wastes of time.

Actually my band has some pretty intense moments, but its all live and well........ it just happens when we don't think about it.

The phrase here is "de pinga" which means, loosely "the shit" in Cubanese. Literally, of pinga (dick/penis/etc.), but non sexual in this context.

Cual(which) was the wrong word to use here. Should have used que, or que esta es, more precisely. I've found that throwing que in ever other word is not only conversationally ok, it tends to be the great connector of all Spanish phrasing, unless you're writing literature.
