1st SARMS cycle questions

ACSlater

Growing Brother
I am interested in running a cycle similar to the one that wolfpackalpha designed for another member:

"Week 1-8:
HCGenerate ES 2 caps AM/3 caps PM
Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/ED
S-4 (Andarine) 50mgs/ED (start with 20mgs and move up 10mgs every 2 days until you hit 50)
N2Guard 5 caps/day"

I am 6'0 225 about 20% bf. From what I have gathered. It seems like this would be a good cycle for me. With this cycle is it necessary to run a PCT afterwards as none is mentioned. Would it be better to run hcg throughout and then hcg es as a pct? This is all of course assuming that this is a good direction for my first cycle. Thanks in advance for your help.

1) you can do a light PCT: (cardarine) GW-501516+clomid+nolvadex+n2guard (4weeks)
2) Run ES the whole cycle, 8 weeks is not long ... and push it 2 weeks into pct.

Thanks a lot. I am looking to begin maybe in another month or so. For now I will look into the products you recommended. I appreciate the quick feedback

I suggest you start buying your goods soon, as you don't want to be unprepared at the last moment.

What kind of diet are you doing? Have you read the evolutionary diet?

Currently I am an intermittent faster with a macro split of about 30f/40c/30p. I have read up on the evolutionary diet. Definitely looks interesting. I have had great success with my diet as of now so I will definitely have to research the evo diet further before making a decision to switch. I do plan to start stockpiling my goods soon but also firmly believe that health comes first so I won't take anything that I haven't researched fully.

Since you're in the higher body fat % range, eating 40%carbs will cause insulin sensitivity issues and slow down fatloss. Read about evo diet: http://www.evolutionary.org/nutrition/

That's great advice from wolfpack. If you follow this diet correctly, the sarms stack will really help you meet your fat loss goals and allow you to hold on to muscle

That is a great plan put together by Wolfpack. With your diet, you really need to either go low carb or low fat to keep your fat loss going at a good pace. 30% of fat and 40% of carbs isn't going to do it. Its important to concentrate on having primarily one energy source for your body to use, to keep it burning fat. With higher amounts of both carbs and fats, your body won't be burning its own fat for fuel

I will definitely research that further. Will likely cut down the fats and bump up both protein and carbs. How much of a caloric deficit is recommended with a stack like this? My TDEE is about 3000cals. I have been eating about 2800 for the last couple months or so to cut some weight but also preserve lean muscle.

i like osta/gw better then s4/gw for someone at 20% bodyfat..personal choices

also low carb isnt the best choice for someone using gw imo.. for the most part gw bypasses burning carbs and goes right into fat burning..why it is such an amazing product

try a low fat diet with a slight spike in carbs and you will be amazed.

I've seen a few people say this, and it doesn't really make sense to me.. in keto state your body is burning up fat for energy.. Wouldn't doing that with gw be twice as effective? Or is it just too effective and there wouldn't be enough fat energy for the body? But for someone with 20bf, I would think that evo + gw is pretty much as good as it can get

This q is directed to wolfpack... is n2g and hcgen es really necessary? With sarms being non methylated and no chance for t conversion with sarms, wouldn't running those just be a waste of money? I could see adding reg hcgen for a t boost but is an ai necessary, as well as n2g?

hcgenerate is very necessary anytime you exceed 4 weeks of sarms usage... keeping on cycle suppression to a minimum is extremely important to enable a much better transition into pct and thus providing a much smoother recovery...

n2guard has a multitude of benefits... if you have to pick one or the other, i would absolutely take hcgenerate but there are many benefits that n2guard provides, whether something is methylated or not... read about its many positive aspects here http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/N2-GUARD-p75.html

Okay, I was under the impression that sarms were not suppressive. So what difference would taking hcgen vs hcgen es? Is an ai necessary with sarms? Or is the ai necessary because of the hcgen itself?

Isn't hcgen used for pct for sarms?

You clearly have not read my articles bro because it CLEARLY states that osta, s4 and lgd are ALL suppressive... Not nearly as suppressive as aas but nonetheless, they can be... GW 501516 is the only one that is not suppressive in any way...

Osta has shown in some cases to cause gyno flare ups or irritation so i would recommend at least having one on hand... "liquidex" at n2bm.com is perfect for this type of cycle and it also has many other qualities on top of protecting from estrogen... there are some excellent muscle building qualities, cortisol reduction, etc... It fits well into the cycle... Hcgenerate is plenty on cycle to help combat suppression and the ES version is generally enough for a complete mini pct unless lgd is involved...

Hey dylangemelli...I saw you mention GW 501516. My fiancé is wanting to cut down for our wedding in August. Can females use this? I didn't see any mention in the article I read.
Thanks man

Yes. It has no effect on hormones so females are safe to use up to 20mg ED. In fact, females can use sarms as well with little to no sides
