I'll tell you upfront that I'm a noob when it comes to AAS, so take what I say with a grain of salt....I'm just sharing what I did.
First off, your doses match mine, though I added EQ in at 600mg a week. For your first cycle, many will suggest frontloading your cycle to help boost your test levels quicker until your test E kicks in. It took me 6 weeks to feel anything, but my test was WAY underdosed. So I'd suggest running your var or dbol in the beginning of your cycle vs. the end.
I also used HCG and ran it at 1000 iu a week for week 8-12. I noticed a difference in the very first shot.
Diet-clean eating.........that can mean a lot of things. I really researched diet and nutrition before and during my cycle. You need to learn about macros if you don't know about them already. You need to eat eat eat eat eat. Eating a lot of junk food to hit your marks is a breeze. However, the biggest surprise during my cycle, was finding out how hard it is to hit your numbers with healthy good foods. I literally had to force feed myself. I'm a guy who LOVES to eat.....but it's a challenge.
I'm sure some of the vets will chime in here. I just wanted to give you my experience running a very similar cycle. Also, make sure the test you get is a credible source. I feel cheated on my source as my test was way under dosed. I basically ran a wasted cycle. It's no fun planning and working your butt off only to find your shooting oil into your body with little to no goods lol.
