Help with gyno

So i just notice that I have some hard lumps under my nipples. They're not huge, not visible, and my nipples aren't puffy, but the lumps ad tender. I'm also lactating a little. I dropped my aromasin two days ago and I'm having some overnighted so it should be sent out tomorrow and be here Saturday, my cycle at this point is test tren and mast, I've been taking 15 mg aromasin daily and Letro every third day. Could missing the aromasin for the last few days have caused this this quickly? What do I do now to reverse it ? I'm not going to take any more tren from this point on since it's clearly prolactin related and I'm assuming the tren is the cause . But what should i take to reverse this and at what dosages? My Letro is liquid and I've heard liquid Letro is unstable.,.should I order some new Letro? I've never had gyno before so I'm definitely kind of freakimg out. Help is much appreciated lol...

my opinion is to stop the cycle, Start if your not, hitting AI and start taking your nolva.
nolva will help reduce or stop the Estrogen from being able to bind to the receptors. and help stop the gyno from progressing

something like arimidex or your aroma is best. You don't want to hit letro just yet as Letro is like your "a" bomb of the AI class. It will kill your sex drive, kill your testosterone levels, while eliminating the extrogen.

only use letro if you cant get the gyno to reverse with SERM and regular AI, or if its progressed too far, I repeat ANYTHING you may have gained will be obliterated when you use letro.

IF you do use letro, go with a dose of .25mg and never more than .5mgs. After the use of letro, you WILL have estrogen rebound, so you will again have to run a SERM/AI therapy to get your natural testosterone functioning again. This is more reasons why I say, use Letro as a last resort.

in either case, once you believe your gyno to be gone, continue to run your Therapy for another week, to make sure it is cleared up.
 
I also just realized a key point in your initial post "leaky nipples/lactating". This is normally caused by a different sort of Gyno that isn't caused by estrogen. This is call Progestin Gyno, and can be caused by certain chemicals. Yes, there is two types of gyno, and AI's and Serms wont fix Prog-Gyno, what youll need is a "prolactin antagonizor", most common of this is "Pramipexole"

Prami has actions similar to Cabergoline (another type of PA) but with a significantly more positive impact on libido and mood. Pramipexole acts as a dopamine agonist and one of dopamine's main function as a hormone is to inhibit the release of prolactin. Pramipexole plays an important role in the inhibition of prolactin secretion which is important to some using some types of steroids where prolactin build up may be an issue. Prami is also used for treating early-stage Parkinson's disease (PD) and restless legs syndrome (RLS).[4] Pramipexole has a half-life between 8-10 hours. Normal dosing is 0.25-0.5mg ED (pre-bedtime dosing is recommended as it make some feel a bit sleepy)
 
this is why it is important to know what your taking and their side effects. after a quick search of Tren, it is confirmed on numerous sources that "similar to Deca" tren CAN cause Progestin Gyno....try and have some PA overnighted also..
 
Ok so stop cycle entirely...and start aromasin nolva and prami? At what dosages? How does this conflict with or work with my pct?

your now in PCT mode,

Nolva at 40-50mgs ED
Prami at .25mg-.5mgs every day before bedtime (it can make you sleepy)
Ill have to confirm but normal aromasin dosage is between 12.5mg ED I believe

since your gyno is flared up, run Aromasin at 25mgs everyday for 3 days, then bump it down to 12.5 (sorry I don't know how to edit my old posts)
 
ive never used both in PCT on PHs, ive only ever seen using both when I started looking into real Gear. above all they are both estrogen blockers doing the same thing. the only difference is what they have been used for in the medical world. they are both classified the same triphenylethylenes. Nolvadex is the stronger Anti-E of the two, needing far less MGs to do the same job as Clomid. IMO using both is overkill/a bit of a waste, considering they do the EXACT same thing. but I may be missing something...

you can use both, it wont hurt any, but nolvadex is the stronger of the two, and at 40-50mg dosages, nolva alone should be fine with PA and an AI
 
most importantly, Nolvadex has a direct influence on bringing back natural
testosterone, where as Clomid may actually have a slight negative influence.
The reason being that tamoxifen (as in Nolvadex) seems to increase the responsiveness
of LH (luteinizing hormone) to GnRH (gonadtropin releasing hormone), whereas
Clomid seems to decrease the responsiveness a bit1.

Im guessing it was a liquid suspension? I've heard that caber can't hold up suspended, not sure if it's true. That could be part of your problem. It's probably bunk. Not many research companies sell caber but they do sell prami, so I imagine the caber doesn't really hold up. I had to order some caber from Hipo last week, I am having a little sensitivity in one on my nipples too, but nothing crazy.

Either way bro, I hope you get it under control.

Ok so I'm just going to do this...my last shot of test was Wednesday. So should I just take the aromasin 12.5 daily for the next week and a half , the prami at .25-.5 mg daily for the next week and a half...then start the nolva in a week and a half 40 mg daily ...do this for 5 weeks or so? Also please don't jump down ,y throat guys...but would it be completely unreasonable to attempt to continue the cycle just without the tren....adding in the prami and see if it starts going down...if not the. Just going Into pct?

I personally wouldn't continue cycle, the fact you have gyno set in, if not both types. id drop cycle, get yourself recovered. learn where you went wrong and move on.
you CAN risk it, and some people DO do so. Keep in mind you will have reduced gains due to the therapy AI and SERMS on cycle taken at the dosages your going to need to get the gyno down can significantly hinder the effects of the compounds your using

25mgs of Stane (aromasin) ED for 3 days, then drop it down to 12.5 mgs
.25-.5 mgs of prami
and 40 mgs of nolva

if you decide to use clomid too, you could get away with say 20-30mgs of nolva, and 50-60 mgs of clomid ED
do all this for 4-5 weeks, or until symptoms go away, and keep going for another week.
 
Finish your cycle ASAP, and start the anti-gyno protocol right away, the one that @gearhead has mentioned among the first responses.

I have a friend gynecomastia 7 years old, she and somewhat discreetly, however when you press or hug my girlfriend it hurts, ie this inflamed ...
whole life I've been reading about letrozole gynecomastia regress, never used tamoxifen use only occasionally and some pain, my fear of using letrozole and loses libido ....
I am now thinking of using to try to regrow once this nodule

If ur stopping cycle start the nolva (dunno if u plan clomid too, wont hurt to run it also), in normal pct where u dont have issues ud wait. But you have gyno present, so start it right away, you need to block anymore estrogen from binding. Get that prami in immediately, because your going to need it and get on that as soon as possible

And im gonna guess your saying the gyno is 7 years old?
The problem.with having gyno for that amount of time is it can be hard to reverse. And could require surgery.

What you should do is run a therapy, hit it with letro, and nolvadex (this is to try and help restart your testosterones natural production while u blast the estrogen down and try to reverse the gyno) using something like Hcgenerate to help kick start natty test production also is never a bad idea

You were given some really good advice.

Stop the cycle immediately and run the anti gyno protocol 3.0 as gearhead posted. Don't wait 2 weeks after your last shot. Start it immediately.
 
Ok...so now I've started nolva from at guys at 50 mg ED...a dex from bioteksupply at .5mg EOD....1000mg of b6 which I was told is just as good as prami with less sides (is this true?) ED and hcgenerate es ED....I have the caber I was using on cycle which I'm not sure is good from usapeptide or if I should be using it

The b6 wont be AS good, but its going to help get you through the wait time on a order coming in.
Like I said its the alternative or temporary band aid till caber comes in. Prami will send your body to hell and back. In the end dosinex is king. Just need to maker t till the order comes.
 
Ok so would you suggest going with caber or prami ..acre they equally effective just prami has more sides? What is dosinex?

I would always go for caber. Prami is just wicked shit. Like I started back up on it and Im already miserable. I use it simply cause it does work and Im waiting on Hipo's july 15th sale before I stick back up on caber.
 
Id go with hipo it would be 5-10 days. Its good stuff though.

You may find some others here and there but I would go with hipo.

Hey guys...so I'm taking 50 mg nolva ... And .5 Adex daily (doing the Adex for ten days like this I'm on day 4) 1000mg b6 waiting for caber. Ordering caber on Monday. Now when the caber comes in is that where the magic happens? I'm not lactating anymore, but the lumps under my nipples don't seem to be going anywhere...I mean they're not terrible...not noticeable ...my girlfriend wouldn't even have noticed had I not said anything, but I'm concerned that it doesn't seem to be reversing. What should I expect?

Ok. Since I don't know specifically what causes the gyno, and I'm leaving the country in five days and have no time for a blood test, can nolva caber and Letro be taken all together? Or should I stick to one of those plans.. If so, which one?

bro you can take them together...but you should bring with you at least letrozole....

I had gyno for years from puberty run some letro, nolva and n2gaurd and it should shrink or dissappear in 6 to 8 weeks mine was bad and in 10 weeks it is 95% gone
 
Just trying to help Some1 out like a guy on this forum did for me gyno always was an insecurity for me it sucks I hate to see any1 go through it
