BLOOD WORK RESULTS. Purity Source Labs ANSOMONE HGH!

Another great result from one of PSL's HGH brands. This one was the ANSOMONE brand. A Chinese Pharmaceutical brand. Pinned 10iu IM into delt upon waking. Blood was drawn 3.5 hours later
(fasting).
See results below...and note the paragraph I circled. It explains that this test typically reads 20% low....so you can even add 20% to that number and that would be my real results. CRAZY HIGH.

I only had one vial to test with so no igf tests unless I get another vial. Thinking about running some ansomone with my winter bulk so if I do I'll re-test with igf-1 test also :)
 
Why are the numbers better with Ansomone over gray top and blue tops?? Or shall I say, why does different HGH's get different GH serum readings???

human grade script hgh is allways gonna test better than most ugl generics but the grey tops are testing very well also

Ok but why does that happen?? From everything I have read about HGH it is the introduction of the E. Coli and folding the peptide chain a certain way that produces a working HGH peptide. It can only be made one specific way otherwise it wont work. A UG lab selling HGH is selling this perfectly produced peptide chain and it is no different than Pharma.
So its not the HGH peptide because if it isnt folded right or E. Coli isnt used or whatever needs to be done to make it isnt actually done it wont even work . It will read 0 on GH serum tests. Either its HGH or its not. So why would one score higher over the other one, what is actually happening ??

i would think the enrioment its made in also the quality of the raws kinda like buying tyleno pm compared to the off brand both work but i swear the name brand helps me sleep better its hard to say i have used human grade gear vet grade and home brew from very trusted sources but there is always one that stands out above the rest

For HGH to be made the enviroment has to be 100% sterile and it has to be a real lab. As far as raws are concerned we are talking about DNA , RNA. This goes beyond simple chemistry like what is used to make powder form of test or deca or anavar etc. etc. This is genetic engineering !

How Human Growth Hormone Was Made
Human growth hormone is polypeptide (protein) made in the pituitary, which is composed of 191 amino acids with two internal disulfides bonds.

In a series of biochemical processes, organisms, including simple bacteria, translate the genetic information contained in DNA into polypeptides. The general steps are DNA---------------messenger RNA-----------------polypeptide.

Scientists synthesized several DNA fragments which were joined enzymatically to form a DNA segment coding for about 12% of the hGH polypeptides. They then extracted hGH messenger RNA from human pituitaries and converted in enzymatically to DNA in vitro. This DNA segment was joined enzymatically with the synthetic DNA segment to form the complete gene coding for hGH. Using enzymes, the hGH DNA was stitched into circular DNA plasmids. The newly-constructed plasmids were introduced into a strain of E. Coli in accordance with the NIH guidelines for recombinant DNA work.

Once inside the bacteria, the newly-inserted hGH gene was expressed, and the bacteria produced hGH identical to the natural substance as determined by several biochemical methods.

That was from 1979, we have more advanced technology and as time goes on , they find more efficient methods of making hgh. So when a prescription from 30 years ago is cheaper today. It's not rocket science, and technology is so advanced now. They couldn't even make enough back then for those who needed it. "The times are a changin", we get advances in medicine all the time, read a new article, from this generation.

I understand its an old article but it explains how HGH is made. Thats the only reason I cited the article to begin with. I found it difficult to actually find and more recent info on how HGH is made and chose this one for lack of anything recent. I appreciate what you are saying but you are not adding anything to the discussion because you are just telling us the technology is better...... but how is it better? Explain what is better now or what has changed since this article,. Are you saying that they don not make HGH in this way anymore?? If so then can you provide the link where you found this info?
 
I'm not a hgh expert but after pinning 10iu shouldn't the number be really high? Don't most people take 4-6 daily? Just learning here. Thanks

Yes....those results would be considered "really high". it's about 3.5 times the upper limit. If you consider my baseline readings were .4 and 3 gours after injection i was at 37....thats 92x my baseline reading.

Here is more recent info and it appears that the technology has been made better. But going back to one of my original statements , the main technology being used is E. Coli although mouse cell is better it is still breaking out or emerging. So using the E. Coli method as you can read below sounds pretty extensive for just anyone to do it.

Inclusion Body Technology
The first method of manufacturing rHGH was called inclusion body technology. In this process E. coli bacteria mass produce rHGH, which accumulates in small bodies inside the bacteria. These small bodies are isolated and the highly enriched rHGH is separated and purified. The rHGH produced by this technology differs by one extra amino acid at the end of the protein. Although this rHGH was an improvement to cadaver derived growth hormone, the extra amino acid caused an allergic reaction in some people.

Protein Secretion Technology
As of 2010, a newer technology is used to manufacture most currently available rHGHs on the market. It is referred to as protein secretion technology, and its major advantage is that rHGH is secreted from E. coli and does not accumulate in inclusion bodies. This process allows for easier purification of rHGH and the production of rHGH that is identical to human growth hormone.

Mouse-Cell Technology
Producing rHGH using mouse-cell technology involves insertion of the DNA that encodes for human growth hormone into the DNA in mouse cells. The protein is produced in mouse cells instead of E. coli bacteria in the laboratory. Although more costly initially, this process produces rHGH that requires less manipulation and purification.
