Gyno ?

Before, I had gyno "neutrality", small disk back of my nipples

I take anavar 20mg/day and winistrol 50/day
I know its not converting to estrogen
But it makes my gyno worst

It became little more bigger

After I finished my cycle I had used Nolvadex for mounts now 20mg/day

Now its better but it just takes me the the previous gyno, still have same small gyno that I had "small disk back of my nipples"

Everyone is telling me that the Nolvadex is the best choice for you to take of the gyno

I know it makes my gyno better but i want to finish that thing ☹

Should I have to do surgery?

Sorry for my bad English
Thank you,

If you have developed breast tissue asserted by a surgeon then the only way of removal is surgery, no chemical is going to do anything to remove it.

The anti-gyno protocol 3.0 is going to be your best option. I have seen it work wonders on reversing gyno on people. Run the protocol exactly as it is laid out here: http://www.evolutionary.org/anti-gynecomastia-cure-version-3

Don't make the mistake of stopping the program early even if the symptoms of your gyno start to diminish. Run the protocol from start to finish. You can order everything you need for the protocol from n2bm.com, ag-guys.com and sarms1.com.

Muskate when it's developed to solid tissue like the op saying its like little discs that anti-gyno protocol want remove it, it might reduce a bit but surgery is the only way to remove it

You can remove gyno without surgery, but I can't say how big of a lump that's possible with. I have gotten rid of gyno with aromasin and nolvadex, sure it was lighter-medium gyno but it did work well.

Obviously, if the gyno has gone way out of hand, the anti-gyno protocol won't help. However, this protocol is very effective, and can help in a lot of cases, and even completely remove the gyno if it did not get all too bad. Therefore, it will depend on the gyno grade.

Yes and no. If the gyno has gotten completely out of control, then yes - surgery will be needed.

If the gyno is only mild or caught in the early stages, then the anti-gyno protocol 3.0 most certainly can reverse it.

Gyno surgery is a fairy invasive surgery. I would use it as a last resort. I would run the anti gyno protocol 3.0 first and only use surgery if you can't solve the problem through the protocol.

i got the surgery and Im really happy with my results. Dr.BLEU is the best and basiclly you only take around 7 weeks off from the gym "sounds like a lot" but you can bounce back really fast and you will be back to normal in a couple months! If you can afford it, I would go for it.

what about a small case of gyno that you have had for 8 years and never dealt with...the only option is probably surgery correct?

you can try the protocol layout they have on the site, but to me 8 year old gyno seems like surgery is the best option if you can afford it. You have had it for 8 years man, if it doesnt bother you then just deal with it but if it honestly does, try to get it removed. For me, I had a small amount and no one noticed it really except me or other bodybuilders if close attention was paid. There was only little shadows around the nipple showing that gyno was there. I said enough was enough and went to Dr.Bleu and got it removed and I do not regret that decision at all, it was a great choice.

It definitely bothers me and i have created a borderline ocd habit of touching it all the time. Constantly obsessing how it looks. It is only in my right nipple for the most part. How much did the surgery cost if you don't mind me asking. Is he out of new york?

yeah he is in white plains ny, pretty close to NYC. Its not cheap i think it was around the mid 7k and it is 100% out of pocket. He is the best of the best however and this is something you do not want to be cheap on at all. If you are thinking to get it done go to him, if its too expansive just wait until you can afford it. Seriously, ive seen post from other people with botched surgery and many patients actually go to blau to fix their previous surgery. It like the expression, buy it right or buy it twice, this is at the top of the list on something that no corners to be cut and I cannot express that enough. Just get both done so you will 99% likely to never get it again. He hides the scar perfectly and they take very good care of you there.

that sounds solid but i'm not sure i could get up there anytime soon for an initial appointment and then the actual surgery. Then make my way back to midwest. I will research some in chicago area and see what the reviews are but i do agree that you should never cut corners for something like this.

He said a lot of people travel to come to him. You can do your initial consultation over the phone "charged the same" i think, then go there for the surgery. You can function and drive after the surgery, you will just have wrap around your chest. Then i think you go back and he examines you and takes it off like a week later-ish.

it would be hard to go back again if i was even able to go once. that is a far commute...but i watched a video of his and it certainly looks like he is the real deal
