aussie brothers...i have talked to the bosses...and i want to have everyone vote on this...since aussie members are extremely safety conscious and rightfully so...there is a proposal to change the rules for aussie sources...
right now all sources need a website etc.etc...we propose that 1 thread be made on evo source talk where each source posts their list and wickr and keeps the thread only for source discussion ..source ONLY not other Q/A...
this will allow for guys to get approval and show they are legit...
votes please...

I just lurk and buy but I think this is a great idea and way way overdue, will increase accountability 10x and the current source thread is a shit show if you actually want a source.
 
good idea.. as long as the normal aussie source thread doesnt get closed, some days its like watching a soapie unfold and i get a bit of a laugh out of it haha

bro its not lurk really...they have to post a list and contact info...in a main thread but no website needed because seems its causing issues for aussie bros...

This could work.
As a website can cause some issues and given the safety that's out into this site it would seem better to have it in house then open on a direct website
 
Good idea - keeps things need and keeps people accountable. Hard to think of any real drawbacks, would probably cause a pretty big increase in traffic for most sources
 
I am generally positive on the idea.

+1 because it makes it far easier to advertise, and it just means our site can be used elsewhere
+1 because it makes it safer for sources in general
-1 because a source with good online security knowledge should be able to set up a website anonymously, and therefore shows they can be trusted to not get busted via doing silly things online

It works on other boards, so I don't see why not here :)

Yes, I do agree on this. It definitely opens up the flood gates of open competition.. Oh my, that leads to price battling. And flexing. And oh my lord, little players get drowned out.

Personally a few of the guys have been scammed of late.. I'd also suggest a possibility, with the right people speaking out, scammers name & shame.. Like fuck me, wickr names can be changed in a heart beat. These guys scamming will eventually run out of places to hide..

Hell, they'll even stay the fuck away once the cop wind of it. I know recently I named and shamed one, straight to the point, they were using the same name, just changing locations.
If they wanna scam, make them work hard for it.. They'll just fuck off in my opinion.

I wouldn't mind also adding reputation to it.. Straight up bro, some resellers (no naming nor finger pointing) know jack shit about what they're selling.. Like come on, kids could be selling absolute bro knowledge to people behind the scenes... Personally know I work my ass off to become knowledgeable not just for myself, but to assist others..

Fuck those posers haha!

Just to chime in on that, I know we're hardly doing the work of the law here and I don't think any of us are endocrinologists, but sources should know their shit for sure.
The sort of community we want is one where people give good advice and watch out for each others, not one where resellers just want to sell as much as possible with no regard for client health.

100% - resellers should know a fair amount about what they're selling. I can forgive newbie users who are learning and don't know some details, but I can't forgive a source who knows bugger all.
