I'll start , I get cramps from var , I woke up this morning to my wife going to work and a house full of Kids !!!!! And two of them aren't mine ! Then I get a call and find out my good bro from work and his mom were shot and killed in there home on Sunday morn ! 😢 WTF has society turned into ?

My 12 year old son is in mma and soccer. Last Thursday a girl tripped him while he was running (I know) he wasn't looking and nearly cracked his knee cap - I know this injury all to well. Sux seeing such a naturally active kid have to hobble around. He still went to mma and practiced though - now that's heart. For the girl... count your lucky stars I have bad ass insurance.
 
Work, kids, wife, bills, AAAHHH! I just wanna lift some heavy ass weights! FUCK YEAH!

Sorry to hear that flip. That truly is somber news.

One thing that gets me down sometimes is the amount of time and energy I put into improving my physique. I mean I get so self absorbed over such "Vain" things. Shredded abs, bigger shoulders, tanner skin. I mean REALLY!

There are people outside my grocery store who I see begging for food in a wheel chair with one leg and I have the audacity to get down when I don't get in 350g of protein a day!

There is more to life than ME. Thanks for reminding me of this Flip. Today you are in my prayers

Very sorry to hear of their violent passing. Yes, society is screwed, and the main reason: LACK OF RESPECT for one another, which means no self respect. :(
Btw, I raised two Sons that weren't mine either. I told everyone they were my Sons, and treated them the same as mine. Of course, one found an old notebook I had kept VERY GOOD records in for competing, and his Mom called me recently raising hell because he's "taking steroids." I called him (he's 20 now), and he was taking Anadrol by itself. When I asked him to tell me what he ate the day before, he tried to lie about not eating Mcd's, and other pure shit. That's when I went sideways on him. The Anadrol I wasn't happy about. The Anadrol + horrible fast food crap, yes, that one got me fired up. What can I do being 700+ miles away, plus he's now 20...

Bro I'm getting better at it, I think it has something to do with being Irish and Sicilian. Every single man in my family is f****** crazy. And every man in my immediate family is in prison or has been. I never have myself because I've never been caught, and one of my nephews. Both my brothers are locked up. That pisses me off every time I think about it. Now 2 of my nephews are in prison can't say I'm feeling very good about that. I almost slugged the clerk at the gas station this morning because instead of putting my change in my hand, he set it on the counter.I visualized pulling him over the counter by his collar and stomping on his head a couple times. So you get the message. Life in general makes me rage.

So I'll tell what doesn't make me rage, Church, Thats right I started going to church a year ago, and I don't care what anyone thinks of that. I don't drug anymore, I drink some but not nearly as much. I'm doing well in that area. I have been putting off my next cycle for that reason, I'm just starting to get a handle on things and when I'm running a cycle it just intensifies things. I think a lot of you can understand that. Anyway it's the only peace I really ever had in life.

Thanks brothers ! So I found out that someone knocks at his door at 5am as he opens it they blast him and as his mom comes to see WTF they pump one towards her and hit her , but she survived ! What do you get yourself into when you get a 5 in the morning knock at the door ? Thanks my brothers again !

Doing better everyday. I have a point to prove to myself. To be a better person. To progress in my career. To be successful. To make all my ex girlfriends jealous. ;)

My rage is the selfishness and greed that runs this world. What happened to kindness and compasion.
Just other day i was thinking of how hard i have to work to raise a family and make ends meet. Then while driving i seen a guy in a wheelchair with no legs and realized , im blessed with the ability to be able to work hard and provide
 
My rage... people are just not nice anymore. Simple as that. Everyone is out for themselves and forget that you can acheive and prosper in this world and still be a good person. Im sick of shitty people.

I hear you there bro. mine knows exactly which buttons to push and does every opportunity she gets. I avoid her as much as I can. My mother likes her for some reason and comes over often! If I see her car there I wait until she leaves before I go in.
 
You know what else pisses me off our judicial system. I was reading the other day a guy from the dupont family (you may have heard about this case) anyway he raped his daughter several times and got probation the judge said he wouldnt "fare well" in prison. Really? Who the hell fares well in prison. Money can buy freedom. Mother fuckers that fuckin touch kids need fuckin beat. Shit makes me sick

There are things that get me riled, but I have learned to channel it and count my blessings. When my daughter was 3 she was admitted to the hospital for what turned out to be nothing. However, before we knew that we were admitted into the cancer wing of the children's hospital. Being there for a few days changed my entire outlook on life and made me realize how lucky I am. If you ever want to put things in perspective go visit a children's hospital.

My daughters thing turned out to be a simple infection, which I later found out they knew all along. They only had her In The cancer wing because there were no rooms available any where else! Thus I spent a few nights not knowing if my daughter had it or not. You'd think I'd have been pissed about that but I was so thankful I couldn't stop smiling. That experience changed my life and there is hardly anything that gets my rage going any more. (Except maybe for the above ^^^ slow Prius in the left lane!!!!!)

Glad she didn't have it!! A little boy 4yrs old had cancer that went to our church,he survived but yes just seeing all those other children knowing some won't survive gives you a different perspective

Try working in a Burn unit...I have no words to describe the emotional roller coaster I went through much less the victims and family. Children were the worst to make Me feel bad, but they always seemed positive...I love children, purity, hope, optimism...just make my life better/get outside myself and make me see that I have it REAL GOOD!

Here's my rage. Drug addict, female, 11th pregnancy knowing she'll either give it away or keep it IF the gov will pay her to b/c it's a premmie and will require medical therapies.

The company I am employed by sucks ... but finding something else in the 'New South Africa' is close to impossible. We have this thing called BEE - Black Economic Empowerment which forces companies by law to have black : mixed race : white ratios in their employ ... and with me being a white guy in a country where your race is being shunned and told that it would be better if you just left the country ... well, self explanatory, really. This has been in place since 1994 ... so in 20 years' time, the scales still have not been balanced?

Anywho ... the company I am employed by haven't given us a wage increase in 4 years. For 4 years inflation is a constant ... plus we had the global economic recession as well since. The expense of just living life has become CRAZY ... everything goes up ... every time the fuel price increases, everything follows suit, but my income stays the same. January this year my income was cut by around 40% and when I complained, I was told that the company has an 'open door policy' ... if I don't like it, I can always leave and see if I can find something else.

Since then, I have lost all 3 my cars and my house, all my furniture and have gone from a home owner and a guy who drove his pickup while the wife has her small car AND we had a 3rd car in case one of ours broke down, to being a tenant with 3rd hand hand-me-down furniture. Our diet now mainly consists of starch staples (mainly bread and pasta) and canned meats. I am also left with a huge ass bill for when I came off my ZX-11 in June 2012 and broke 3 vertebrae in my mid back. Currently, converting to USD ($), my income is around $800 less then what I bring home. October 2012 my mother-in-law committed suicide with a .45 calibre revolver (5-shooter) and that has left my wife in shambles, which, obviously, has affected our marriage and our household-relationships as well. I hate having to sit and watch my wife and daughter eat the shit we are now restricted to. No red meats, no healthy food ... on occasion the odd pork chop and thus far I can manage a few chicken breasts for average at least 1 Sunday a month, but no veggies (and I love my sweet potato) ... just chicken breast, soft boiled and made into a kind of a soup with some bread.

But, in due time, I hope, things will change for the better. I come from a nasty background filled with drugs, women, illegal fighting, illegal fire-arms and the 'bad kind' of debt collecting. My daughter's birth put me straight and got me to where I was until recently, so if I could climb from there, then I see no reason why I cannot climb from here?

Got to bump this cause my # 1 rage is people with bad attitudes. People that have rotten attitudes and act like the world owes them something. They generally have little respect for others and themselves. The main function in your life that you have control over is your attitude, so please adjust your attitude accordingly.

I found out today this guy I'm work with is getting promoted over me only because his child hood friend is our boss. Yet my resume blows his out of the water!!!!! Even tho hes just a little older. My leadership abilities and skills surpass his by far! It's ok tho. I was very upset but an staying very focused. I'm heading to Chicago in a few weeks to visit a good friend. I'll surly be taking a hand full of resumes with me! I'm amazing at networking and already on the verge of finally just working for myself! You just have to really look to the future and the larger grand picture! But seriously. I'm actually very upset over what I found out today. I could go on. It's seriously fkn bs.

Bitches that pay with food stamps for food and then whip out a $100 bill to buy their fucking alcohol and then what change in ones! The douche bag who is using the area in the gym I want to use while flexing after every set I just want to say dude! You are 110lbs get the fuck out of my way and flex over by the ladies area. So I get my annual review yesterday , I do rm service , and bell service in a 400 room hotel , this New fat fuck manager who's passion is board games , thinks he can review me . I spend maybe 10 min with him a wk if that . So the Sob rates me 2.6 out of 5 and claims that I can do my job duties , with little supervision . Mother fucker , I haven't had supervision for 20 fucking years I've been there , let alone , if those clowns come try to help me , I'm telling them what to do and how to do it right ! His reasons for marking me down is because I will not , and do not change my schedule ! It's a union hotel and I'm top seniority ! So fuck them , I'll take 2.6 for my M-F shift .

So now I've been nominated for the employee of the month by one of my co workers . I guess that what really matters , is what the people I actually work with and not the board playing , Trekkie , clown that has no idea what I really do ...... Like trannies and lonley ladies , while on the clock ! So Fuck Off !

Today while going into work saw a truck that had mangled a small two door lexus, roof bent from impact, windshield completely smashed in . This is at 6:00am btw. I know ppl are in a hurry and also need to get off the phones but responsible driving just benefits everyone. That person in the lexus, their life changed today and not for the better.
 
I will say the first 3 that come to mind. Dealing with my exwife, getting injured after making awesome progress, and also... um bills.

Flip that is some bullshit brother, fuck that guy and his damn board games.

I worked for a company for the last 6 years 6 days a week minimum of 12 hours a day, many days 16+ hours a day and all for a set salary...never increased for the extra effort. Then a few weeks ago at the end of the day on a Friday I was given my last paycheck, said they were going to be shutting down shop. That is not some shit you just decided that day, obviously a lot of thought went into that decision. You think anyone warned me of this maybe happening? Nope! But if I would have found a new job and not given a two weeks notice I would have been an asshole. I was beyond pissed about this shit. Luckily I made a lot of good friends with other business owners over that 6 years and I had them fighting for me to come work for them. In the long run it was a blessing, but someone was pretty damn close to getting their teeth kicked down their throat on that Friday. Did I mention I was nearing the end of my Tren run...yeah that took some serious self control.

When ur buddy says he wants to train you at the gym to get big and wants gear but he flakes half the time and still eats FUCKING pizza for dinner.

Before the door incident I said "I'm telling you right now get out of the room and leave me alone before something bad happens". Said it four times. And she just sat there talking shit exactly two days after apologizing to me for pushing buttons on me knowing what I'm doing.

Two days! She didn't even make it two days!

For me it would have to be my constant back injury which seems to be a yo-yo. I could be pain-free for months after a few adjustments by my chiropractor only to return in a second because I was distracted and wasn't paying attention to my form. I hated when that happens, I have to be a week away from the gym and starts all over again. Or maybe I should be mad at the person who was texting while driving and decided to hit my truck at 50 MPH instead of paying attention to the road.

I remember the first time I heard this I felt like I had seen the light. Wow!! It makes perfect sense. Ill tell you, a lot of that saying holds true and I was reminded of that today.

I was at the gym and was working out hard. Feeling thirsty, I decided to go get a drink of water at the fountain. About 1 step away from the water machine, this 50lb over weight heifer steps in front of me and cuts me off. I am a patient guy and this didn't throttle me to hard but she had to push it. She than proceeds to start filling up her 1/2 gallon water bottle. ALL I WANT IS A QUICK SWIG TO DRY MY MOUTH! Meanwhile, the line starts forming behind me! 1 person, 2 people 3. Knowing full well that people are waiting, she just stands there looking at me and the people in line while filling her bottle. By the time 3 people stepped in line she was only like half way done filling the thing. THE AUDACITY OF THIS BITCH! I MEAN STEP ASIDE, TAKE A FEW SIPS AND LET THE LINE COOL DOWN. I wanted to rip the bottle out of her hands and throw it across the room. I mean, this chick had some grandiose sense of entitlement!! Jesus....some people kids ill tell you!!

I just wanted to say sorry to all my brothers here I may let down last night. By telling my rage from last night. I let someone get the better of me and I went a little too far. Just want everyone here to know it won't ever happen again. And thank you for the supporting words. We all have buttons and when they get pushed too much we have a choice. I chose wrong in my eyes and next time I will be more aware of my rage meter. Thank you and sorry to all.

No worries crazy. Been there! I feel your guilt. At least you have a conscience. I have gotten better over the years with women pushing my buttons but it has taken some practice. I still have a looooooooonggg way to go.
 
HAhaha ! Yeah my ex wife was latino, which I love the body but they can be crazy, probably why I got the divorce. My wife now is a honky cracker like me, but a real A class babe, she's got it all, plus smarts and keeps me hard up.
 
I love Latinas guys, I think they are beautiful, but I had 2 real bad experiences, that almost made me go to prison for a long time, literally... This very minute, my Rage is this Site called "24HrReup"
They've got the Unmitigated Gaul of Listing Evo on their Bullshit Website as a Reference.

It's the Lamest Steroid Website I've ever seen, and I've seen Hundreds of them.

They don't even have 1, not even 1 Picture of the Gear, that they are supposedly selling.
Also, they say on the Site, that they make Substitutions.

I wouldn't buy not 1 Fucking Aspirin from these Clowns.
You will either get Beat - Outright, or they will send you some Bullshit.

The Tell is what they are Offering for Free !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If it's Legit Gear - it can't be done - no way in Hell.

My Advice would be, send these Fucking Clowns Packing.................................................JP

I finally got that tren cough this morning , after 9weeks ! I opened a new vial this morning and mixed the norm 100 test p and 100 tren-a and as I'm injecting into delt I feel my throat get itchy and I start to caugh , so I push the rest thru and pull out and keep coughing . Then I start sweating all over ! Holy shit , it was weird ! Then it went away as fast as it came ! See ya !

Its on page six. Basically long story short she was pushing buttons and bitching. Told her four tines u need to leave the room she refused and I put my fist thru the bathroom door. Literally inches from her face.

I would never hit a woman I was raised better. That was a warning shot across the bow. Let's hope she gets the message. Cause next time I'm dumpin her ass and finding someone else.

Krazie, you know I like you but I will say what I think on this. I've walked this road....been at the end of roid rage on more than one occasion. Have been called every name in the book and had shit thrown at me. And for what? It's the tren! It's a good discussion to have before the rage hits, as in, if I ask you for a time out, please give it to me or shit's gonna blow. I get it but don't blame the drugs or the woman for bad behavior. If you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Not everyone understands what steroids will do. I bet she's learned now though.

And for the record, it doesn't change at all how I think of you, although this may change what you think of me. I've had rage and not been on anything....
 
Your view point doesn't change the way I think of you. Your opinion is always valued.

But what you maybe missed is I did ask for a time out. Four times. This coming a week after having a long discussion with her about not pushing so hard knowing what I'm doing.

And this is the truth. I have never done anything like this before. Even off steroids. I have a very even temper. But this was weeks in the making.

And yes I made a choice to give in to irrational thinking. But , I will learn from it.

LOL Fair enough...sounds like you covered all your bases. Sometimes things just happen and we're all human and we all make mistakes and hopefully, learn from them. I have a few scars on my knuckles from days gone by, although those were usually whiskey infused.
