Question for those of you that do EC (ephedrine, caffeine) stack. Do you still use your pre workout drink when running the EC or is it too much? I haven't yet tried the EC but I am thinking about running for a quick 4 to 6 weeks. I am not using the aspirin since I take a lot of fish oil daily anyway. I am planning on starting twice a day 16 mg E and 200 mg of caffeine and eventually going up to three times a day 24 mg E and 200 mg of caffeine if I can tolerate it.
