having issues sleeping for the last 5 days or so, need a sleeping supplement that actually works not some BS roots and nonsense

I use the sleep supplement n2sleep from n2bm.com. It works really well for me. Give it a try. 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bed.

I used to use melatonin but I found it always made me feel groggy the next morning. I don't have the same problem with N2sleep.

Make sure to avoid stimulants near bed time. Most peoples sleeps issues are from using pre-workouts that contain caffeine too close to bed time.

I hate those propiertary blends because you don't even know what you are taking there. N2Sleep is definitely a great alternative, where all ingredients are listed without those coverups. It is quite an awesome supplement, and my wife uses it regularly without any problems. It will help you fall asleep very easily, and unlike most sleep drugs and supplements, you won't wake up with a sense of hangover. Instead, you will wake up well rested and fresh. Therefore, I can personally vouch for N2Sleep's quality and effectiveness.

Comon those proprietary blends are all the fun. Makes it more exciting.... like a mystery box.
