Help with triathlon cycle.

My boy has used some gear in the past not a lot. But some.

He is now into running triathlons. And wants to run something to help him.

I told him EQ, alittle test and GW.

EQ - 600mg ew (1-16)
Test cyp - 250mg ew (1-16)
GW - 20mg Ed (1-16)

Anyone with experience with this?

What Would u run?

I think that's a lil to much EQ and cyp , he dosent need that much from what I've read . Let me see if I can find the thread . But he is mostly going to use the test for recovery and the EQ supposedly does not need to be ran at high doses , more like 400 ew but for a long period . He needs to stay lean and retain as least water as possible , no extra weight . It's very interesting to me so let me know how it works out for him .

Wouldn't hurt to take down the EQ. That's a bb'ing dosage. and the cardarine is a must. He'll have a huge advantage with it
 
Im using 300mg eq/w and just bumped my test down to200mg/w was 500mg/w my endurance and strength are good. Takes me awhile to burn out. I like the eq so far. No exp with gw. When money starts flowing again id like to try it tho. From all my reading eq for endurance is 250mg-400mg/w
 
Yes for a triathlon that's too much EQ. 300 a week is plenty for a big endurance boost. Test as well. He's not looking for growth.

Kynoselen is badass for stamina. Basically keeps muscles from getting tired. I ran it for 6 months straight. Pumps were sick. Banned from horse racing and greyhound racing associations. That should tell u something. 40 bucks for a 100cc bottle. If he's lean already he's gonna love it. 1cc a day m-f, weekends off is how I ran it. Thats coming from my dr who also runs it. He said he wouldnt run any cycle without it. Good shit and cheap.

I am a triathlete and have been competing for over 20 years. In my experience, if he is lean then best options are GW-50516 and S4. The endurance improvements I have experienced are nothing short of amazing. When I added any type of strength boosting substance like most prohormones my strength improved which gave me slightly better times in open water swims going from 19 min per 1000 meters to just about 18. BUT run times suffered big time. Triathlons require a unique combination of strength and endurance and in my experience those that are more muscular usually don't fare as well.

That being said I am going to try Oxandrovar for the next 6 weeks along with GW and S4 as I prepare for an Ironman.

Shit even 100-150 test and 200 EQ. I've used every endurance drug that's been mentioned here and EQ is by far the best IMHO. EQ with GW= gold

No test is needed ? I guess I have that thought that test is needed with everything , but Stevesmi will tell us different .

don't you guys think that 150 to 200 mg of test a week might be better. sometimes I think that 100 or 125 might be to small of an amount.

I started with 75, then went to 100, then 125, and just went to 180 mg per week.

I will see how it goes

It's not needed but I would do at least 100mg personally.
I once did 11months on 200mg EQ a week. I had no issues at all personally.

Test for recovery a 100mg a week. Personally I have been riding centuries with the exception of last weekend running test @ 300 eq @ 400 and feeling very fine indeed. Test at 100-300, now that I am going at 300 I don't see why this would hinder anyone but then again, everyone is different (250mg sweet spot?) and God did bless me with big veins so I don't worry too much about hyper tension cause of water weight. Endurance has not dipped down at all and btw I am running GW 20mg ED - it's awesome!

He's only doing it to run longer. 100mg of test is fine for the purpose of keeping some in the system. He can do what he wants but it's not going to improve his performance much if at all. I'm on 133mg a week right now and I'm great personally. He doesn't need extra aggression or strength to lift weight. 100 of test and 2-300 EQ will make him a running machine.

Same here jacksteel. Im a cyclist. Im just asking for opinions, and my personal benefit. Do you think 180 a week is to much? Should i keel it at 150?

Hmm... Fun question to think about actually. Running is a lot less carrying of weight because inertia pretty much carries you once you start. Would biking take more brute strength than running ya think? It almost seems so to me, but I'm splitting hairs.
Here's what I would do: Something like 150-200mg test and 3-400 EQ. I only raised the doses because I was a pedi-cab driver once and though I was great at running I almost died towing people around on a bike. I know you aren't towing anyone but that uphill peddling sucks nuts when you're already tired.
I conclude that bike riding does use more muscle power than running. So yes I would personally want a bit more for your case.
