Wow sorry just realized I had this message! Honestly SARMS1 is awesome. Diet and exercise need to be on point but I have gotten leaner and stronger with SARMS from SARMS1.
I wouldnt so much focus on the scale as I would look in the mirror. If you are leaning out weight is irrelevant. I will say this though its better to focus on training and diet and get down in weight before using SARMS or any PED as your results are going to be a mix of what your body would normally look like with good diet and exercise plan plus the SARMS. If you are doing primarily cardio and HIIT weight training you could lose 2-3 pounds a week to start then after 4-6 weeks will taper off to 1ish pounds a week. The muscle mass you build weights 1.5x that of fat so thats why if the scale doesnt go down after you drop the initial 12-15 pounds dont be worried just make sure you are getting leaner and more definition.
