I had a little pre-workout which really helped considering when I was 18-19 I was crammed with full time university and work so having that caffeine kick really helped with my workouts .
Alot of BCA'S I've bought tend to have extra info on their sites , check them out and worst case scenario you can give them a message to get specific info about your product
It took me a week and a half roughly off Creation before I started noticing any differences in my strength so a week shouldn't be too bad .Simply go back on your creatine problem solved :)
