fish oil question

Fish oil and omega 3 are basically the same thing. People take fish oil to get the beneficial essential omega 3 fatty acids that fish naturally contains.

Fish oil is a GREAT supplement for fat loss. It increases muscle insulin sensitivity and countless of studies have shown that people with higher omega 3 intakes have lower body fat percentages then their counterparts with lower omega 3 intakes.

A good dosage is 6g per day, taken with meals. The easiest way to do that would be to take 2g with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Fish oil is good for fat loss, but I would not expect too much from it, especially if this is the only supplement you use. Therefore, it is definitely a good addition to your supplement regimen, but I would not rely solely on fish oil for any sort of reasonable fat loss.

I think no matter what supplements you're taking as long as your diet is correct you should be losing fat , supplements should be an aid that's all

Its like one small piece of a big puzzle

Fish oil is a very important part of the puzzle when it comes to fat loss. Remember that diet and training will be the most important though. Read this article here on Fish/Krill oil...http://www.evolutionary.org/fish-oil
