I ordered t400 last week and when i asked for tracking, they asked for more money because of a canadapost strike and stopped replying my inqueries for a tracking or status update. It really felt scammy when i think about it.

Our mail guy has had a crazy day with orders and with Canada post up in the air organizing orders was absolutely challenging
I absolutely guarantee you will receive your order.
Never once have you or could you read we don't deliver.
It's already enroute and when mail guy gets caught up , tmr you will get tracking
This is a bit hard when Canada post plays games
Everyone on her knows you will receive inna good timely manner

we are dealing with a strike.... we did you a favor and gave you a massive discount when you complained you didnt wanna pay for the difference for ONE ITEM that you ordered.
We have shipped your package and we have provided tracking.
you also have been emailing us non stop.
we see everything. we are dealing with a unique situation.

So yeah quick update:
- I already paid for shipping (30$)
- i reached out less than once a day since ordering which was more than a week ago which to them was considered rude eventough they promissed 2day shipping
- i sent you an aditional 10$ for fedex (you wanted 30$ on top of the previous shipping fee)
- as of today, fedex is yet to receive the parcel, i just contacted them.
- very rude and sporadic customer support
- i dont know what discount they refer to, i paid full price for the item and paid 30$ shipping at initial checkout plus an aditional 10$.

Yeah so they ended up sending another vial overnight just in case because it didnt look well with fedex and finally it arrived in time. Alls ggood in the hood, product feels great (T400)
