  • 45g Cinnabon whey protein
  • 30g honey

Macros:
  • Calories: 637
  • Protein: 43g
  • Carbs: 83g
  • Fats: 10g

Wrapped it up with 15 minutes on the seated bike (average BPM: 137).

20 weeks. 20kg down.


To say this was a battle — both mentally and physically — would be an understatement. I set out to push myself to the limit and get a real taste of what a bodybuilding prep feels like, and I definitely got that.



It might not be stage-ready, and I know I’d have to go even further to get up there one day, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come — especially considering my original goal was just to drop 10kg.


I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for what it truly means to be a bodybuilder and the mental toughness it takes to succeed in this sport.



Massive shoutout to Sassy’s Pharmaceuticals and Sassy’s Rep for sponsoring me throughout this cut — your support has been a huge part of helping me stay consistent and push through to the end.



Now I’m going to enjoy a day where I don’t have to worry about anything — then it’s straight into this growth phase tomorrow.
