Hi im from NZ, 22 years old. I had been dealing with some brainfog, loss of motifation and general physical platue for a year so I Got my blood work checked. It seems that my testosterone levels were low at 320 ng/dl and was likely the main cause as I used to be 700 ng back when I was 16. It seems that my fsh Is the cause being at 1.6 (U/L). This was suprising to me because 2months before my first blood check I had focused on getting 8h of sleep, eating a near perfect diet and exercising 5 times a week. After this test I decided to implement some supplements such as boron and tongat ali while also experimenting with cjc/ipa peptide stack and when I retook the test 1.5 months later I saw zero improvement and even saw my free test being at the really low spectrum.

Im now really interested in using either a enclomophine + hcg Stack in order to regain my test levels but some people said its not viable long term. My estradiol is in the midrange so I also thought a better solution after research was 15mg Test propionate daily subQ, as it seems to be more stable. Id like ur thoughts on what I should do

My workout consists of 4-3 sets per exervise aiming between 6-10 reps depending on the exercise, iv been working out for 3.5 years. This is what works for me the best.

Back/Bic (Weighted Pull ups, Tbar row, Lat pulldown, seated row, Barbell curl, forearm Curl, Seated bicep Curl)

Shoulders/Traps (Dumbell overhead press, Archer Pulls, cable latteral raise, dumbell shrugs, neck curls, Dumbell lattersl Raise, GHD core situps weighted, Leg raises)

Legs (Hamstring Curl, Leg press, Adductors, Calf raise, Leg extention, RDL) (I keep this shorter as my legs are alr built)

Chest/Tric (Bench press, Smith machine incline press, Tricep weighted dips, Chest Fly, Tricep Extention, Tric Pushdown, Cable core crunch)

I do 5 days a week and 2 rest days whenver throughout week. I also incoporate atleast 70mins of incline treadmill not incl daily steps.

My diet Is 90% Whole foods and supplements to cover the gaps + Tongst ali and Boron

For sleep I make sure I get minimum 7.5h sleep, and I take magnesium Glycinate 1h before bed. Forgot to mention I also take 1mg of Retatrutide before going to bed each week during a cut. My sleepscore averages at 75-85/100.

My bloodwork is mostly good except my egrf liver is slightly lower than normal apparently due to creatine (gp said), and my Test, Fsh, Free test is all low. Here is my bloodwork

A few points

You're at the low end of normal. Not under.
Hows work, life or school stress?
Your nutrition is just under 2000kcals. Which allows, for an average male, to just tick over. I see the Reta

I'd have you cut back to 4 days a week. No need for 5

What's your bodyweight and fat levels?

No stress at all really, but normally i eat 2000 cause like once a week il be at my gf place and il eat like 500cals over for the day.

Im 81.5kgs at likely 17% bf

They wont help me where i live cause of my age.
Because there is realistically nothing to help

Your hormones are low normal - NORMAL.

Its normal to have low levels. When you're natural, your hormones will peak and fall.

Especially because your 22 - You realistically havent even finished puberty completely.

Cause im not 65 years old its barely normal and imagine i stopped all the health habits for a year or smth my test would be like 250

Your brain isnt even fully finished developing.

Your endocrine system is in your brain. Your endocrine system is what controls your hormones.

Do you honestly think, any reasonable PED user is EVER going to suggest PEDs, let alone TRT to anyone under 25?

No!

The answer i've given you, is the answer 99% of people in this forum are going to give you.

Which is why im not asking for if I should or not. I did my research, I looked at my own low T symptoms andnmade the descision I need it fixed. What im looking on this org is whether clomid, hcg or test P is the way to go.

So you dont actually want help, you want someone to validate your decision.

This is why you shouldn't take test.

Yes, and based on your blood levels, which are normal, the right "HRT" option is nothing.
