Approved Log Cutting Log - Shredded and Grow cycle

The reason for the high dosing is the bioavailability of oral administration. But some seriously amazing things are starting to come to the surface from top competitors in the states. Obviously all anecdotal currently but i dont think we will see scientific case studies for quite some time yet.
I think then whatever form the SLU comes in I'd just crush them up if they were tabs and put it into an enteric capsule ED (might take a few mins but worth it). Or, if possible order raws and make enterics yourself. In that case I think I'd start at 500mcg 2xED and go up from there personally.

I'm on the hunt for SLU no matter what approved source has it.

Weekly Update:
Morning everyone! Apologies it's taken me a few days to update this log, I've had a few things happening but I'll be sure to update it regularly!

Weight (Check in Day Sunday 11th Jan): 76.4kg (Scale weight was actually 75.1g today , but actual weight is 76.2kg according to MacroFactor). This is a 200g average loss over the previous 7 days. Not a whole lot but I believe i am holding some water due to high cortisol and stress with some events happening in life which have been tough.

Well, that brings an end to week 9 since starting on November 18th. Down 4kg since starting, even more on the scale if you don't average it out.

Training:
Training program remains unchanged with a Upper / Lower / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest / Rest - Split.
This seems to be the sweet spot at the moment in regards to recovery and progression whilst being deep in a deficit.
Strength continues to trend up even in a deficit which is crazy.

This program will likely move to a PPL/UL split once calories and recovery improves post deficit.

Diet:
Calories have officially been changed by coach to the following as of TODAY;
Training days
210C/40F/240P
2160 Calories Total

Rest Days
150C/40F/240P
1920 Calories Total

This was a reduction of 40g of carbs each day. Majority of carbs are still focused around the peri workout window with 110g being consumed PWO, 50g Post.

The food usually remains the same Monday - Friday and the weekend I will cook up meals as i want but macros will stay the same. Weekend meals will usually consist of a lean beef cut and vegetables. Eggs / Omelet for breakfast etc. Posted a photo of some steak cut's i made up over the weekend.

Pharma:
Significant increase to Pharma this week due to great bloods coming back.

Test E 350mg weekly. Pinned Daily.
Reta - 5mg weekly. Pinned Friday - Provided by @HeliosLabs
Clen - 60mcg daily
GH - 5IU. Pinned pre bed. This was upped last week to assist in sleep and recovery. - Provided by @HeliosLabs
Methlylene Blue - 10mg daily
SLU-PP-332 - Provided by @HeliosLabs
MOTS-C - Running 2mg daily PWO.
Mast P - 70mg weekly. Pinned Daily

I ended up doing an average of 14500 steps over the previous 7 days to check in. Great level of NEAT to keep it pushing along.

Conclusion:
Not a bad week at all. Still trending in the right direction, even if it is a bit slower. Had some tough things happen this week so glad I didn't fall off the band wagon and just keep trucking along.

Had bloods tested yesterday and came back today with some awesome results. Coach is very happy with where we are sitting, hence the increase in anabolics and decrease in food.
Next few weeks are going to be tough but I just need to dig in and push on through. Coming to the end of the cut and then we will be reversing out and increasing the calories. Setting the stage for a long, healthy growth phase which i am Incredibly ready for.

Amazing looking beef bro! Your delts and arms are getting really dialed in and your abs have made it! You are right on schedule bro! I hope those tough things this week are all dealt with and you're doing okay.
