I do consistently listen to the podcast while driving absolutely love it and I have been reading the e books as well they have been great! So on my log my updated stats are
Height 174cm
Weight is 74.3kg
And I have added a probiotic bioglan 50
I’m not sure what my body fat % is but I will go and get a dexa scan so I have more stats once Easter is over.


My nutrition goals are
2205 kcals
200g Protein
250g Carbs
45g Fat

Per day

Still going to run the same gym split this week

I’m expecting a few Td’s this week and will be starting the gh also not sure if I’ll start on 2iu daily or 4iu split morning and night

I’ll chuck up a few pics from this weeks check in

Feeling good on the Retatrutide 2.5mg from @The-asylum-peptides still able to hit my 2200kcals Monday always seems to be harder as I pin on a Sunday and feeling great on the 300mg per week EOD testosterone enanthate from @Raptor Labs and I definitely feel as I have more endurance during my workouts with the Slu pp332 and the 5 amino 1mq from @HeliosLabs

Have just done my weekly coach check in

My updated stats for the week are

Weight 74.0kg
Waist 84cm

I have made a few changes in the gym, I have slowed the movements right down and focused on the eccentric movement and have lowered the weight a bit and feeling it a fair bit more. Still going to one before failure and the last set to failure. As far as the cardio is concerned I have been doing 3 x 45min sessions per week consisting of the treadmill x 15mins and the elliptical x 15mins and the bike x 15 mins and feeling better than ever doing it. The slu-pp332 and the 5amino1mq assisting with that.

Have just done my weekly coach check in

My updated stats for the week are

Weight 74.0kg
Waist 84cm

I have made a few changes in the gym, I have slowed the movements right down and focused on the eccentric movement and have lowered the weight a bit and feeling it a fair bit more. Still going to one before failure and the last set to failure. Proud of you man, you're doing a great job. I like the macro aims but I think cycling your macros would be a good option in your situation. I think you'd like that. @Davie_Rich19

I take 25mg twice a day of the slu in eccentric coated capsules so 50mg daily and the 5amino1mq 3 times per day 50mg each so 150mg per day

I have attached my most recent blood work and one of the days of my eating for you to have a look at brother!

Bros, cholesterol is a little bit off but that's pretty common for weight training. Anything else that you are concerned about with the blood work? @Davie_Rich19

Been a bit sick with a viral infection that has slowed me down a bit this week also returning to work with the 4am wake up and 120km round trip after 8Hrs of work has been a bit to get used to 😂! But none the less I have been sticking to my macros and supplements I have added a vitiman c and berbarine to the stack.

Still feeling good on the Reta from @TheAsylum there is no doubt that the food noise is 100% gone I eat by time not hunger these days 😂

And feeling great on that I have been taking arimidex twice per week to keep my e2 in check

I have missed one day in the gym and one cardio session due to being sick but I have woken up today without a sore throat so I'm definitely progressing out of it

My weight has not dropped much this week only 100g

Quick update I have looked upon the bit c, magnesium and zinc so I'm on the way out now under think the slu helped me through the day was able tonhit a gym session at home so I don't get anyone else sick but feeling pretty good right now!! Ii think I'm back 😂 💪

😂 I thought I was!!! Did a big gym sesh & worked a 10hr day the next day and I was like death warmed uo yesterday down for the count after the 1:45min drive home I was down brother! Do feel a bit better today

My ped’s and supplements are the same except for I have added in a daily serve of premium supplements electrolytes powder in the blackcurrant flavour (tastes amazing)

Still running push / pull / legs / upper and 45min cardio 3 times a week which has become a little bit harder now that I’m working 4 x 10hr days and 2 x 8 hr days with 2.5-3hrs driving per day.

Still loving the 2.5mg of Reta per week from @TheAsylum and the test still at 300mg per week split eod from @Raptor Labs just about finished my mt2 from @Raptor Labs and will be starting 4iu split into morning and night from @TheAsylum will also be doing his mots-c

Still running 25mg of slu pp 332 - 2 x daily
And the 5amino 1mq at 50mg - 3 x daily
And feeling great on all of this!

My sickness has pretty much gone now now so I’m back to feeling good.

After reading other logs and listening to some interviews ect I thought I should open up a little bit about my background and journey that led me to here.

So I am an ex nightclub dj that really struggled with addiction personally back then I did not see this as a problem. To give it some context I would have been consuming roughly $1000 worth of cocaine everyday sometimes even more for about 5 years straight! And that is among a pleather of other drugs at the same time mdma, ghb, ketamine, speed, meth ect and smoked weed everyday for about 15 years as well as drank alcohol heavily! On average I would be awake for 6-10days at a time!

So now looking back at that it really is a miracle that I’m still alive. After coming very close to doing 3-5years in prison and the birth of my son I had to make a change.

So I begun to start my career as a commercial glazier doing high rise buildings. My son was taken away from me because of this change in my life by his birth mother which was a really difficult and emotional thing to go through.

I then met my now wife and begun building a different future with her and she fell pregnant with my daughter we pushed through life for many years with me struggling with addiction to weed and the occasional harder drugs but always worked hard and just played up a little bit here and there on the weekend at this point I owned a ran a business with about 25 employees and then my mum was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and this I where I fell back off the cliff!!!

I started using meth/ice everyday to keep my mind in other places and this quickly spiraled into me not getting out of bed unless I had at least 1/2 gram i did manage to stop this and then met some gym people that started me into the gym and then my fist cycle came around which I believe kept me in check stopped me from drinking and doing drugs and i developed a real love for the gym.

Shortly after this my son was re introduced back into my life after being forcibly removed from her care by government agency and placed into my full time custody which was an absolute blessing that my mother got to see this and no him before she passed away.

I still run a large commercial glass business to this day and I credit the gym and ped use for for a lot of the structure and discipline in my life and of course my beautiful wife without her I doubt I would be where i am today

Moral of the story is anything is achievable no matter where you are in life guys you can always make a change!!

I started using meth/ice everyday to keep my mind in other places and this quickly spiraled into me not getting out of bed unless I had at least 1/2 gram i did manage to stop this and then met some gym people that started me into the gym and then my fist cycle came around which I believe kept me in check stopped me from drinking and doing drugs and i developed a real love for the gym.

Shortly after this my son was re introduced back into my life after being forcibly removed from her care by government agency and placed into my full time custody which was an absolute blessing that my mother got to see this and no him before she passed away.

I still run a large commercial glass business to this day and I credit the gym and ped use for for a lot of the structure and discipline in my life and of course my beautiful wife without her I doubt I would be where i am today

Moral of the story is anything is achievable no matter where you are in life guys you can always make a change!!

If anyone out there is struggling I’m always around to listen with no judgement

Coach check in day

My weight is 73.6kg
My waist measurement is 83cm

My ped’s and supplements are the same except for I have added in a daily serve of premium supplements electrolytes powder in the blackcurrant flavour (tastes amazing)

Still running push / pull / legs / upper and 45min cardio 3 times a week which has become a little bit harder now that I’m working 4 x 10hr days and 2 x 8 hr days with 2.5-3hrs driving per day.

Still loving the 2.5mg of Reta per week from @TheAsylum and the test still at 300mg per week split eod from @Raptor Labs just about finished my mt2 from @Raptor Labs and will be starting 4iu split into morning and night from @TheAsylum will also be doing his mots-c

Still running 25mg of slu pp 332 - 2 x daily
And the 5amino 1mq at 50mg - 3 x daily
And feeling great on all of this!

My sickness has pretty much gone now now so I’m back to feeling good.

Macros still remain the same
2205 cals
200g Protein
250g carbs
45g fats

Still heavily focused on going slow on the eccentric movements with lighter weights and really getting the full stretch. Have been able to go up with the weight this week.

Been a bit sick with a viral infection that has slowed me down a bit this week also returning to work with the 4am wake up and 120km round trip after 8Hrs of work has been a bit to get used to 😂! But none the less I have been sticking to my macros and supplements I have added a vitiman c and berbarine to the stack.

Still feeling good on the Reta from @TheAsylum there is no doubt that the food noise is 100% gone I eat by time not hunger these days 😂

Still taking 300mg of test E eod from @Raptor Labs
so 900-1200mg a week?
 
Morning mate, no I’ve worded that wrong currently I’m take 300mg per week spilt eod. The most I’ve ever had is 800mg per week
it looked higher :D

Sorry I’m a bit late this week life has become super hectic with selling my house and needing to be out in 45 days while trying to build a new one and work 6 days a week 10hrs a pop and drive 2.5hrs home everyday and then gym!!!

But update I am down to 73kg leaning out nicely! Coach cut my macros down by 200cals and 50g of carbs per day!

I am now running 4iu gh before bed daily now and all the other doses have stayed the same.

Gym was a bit of a struggle toward then end of the week last week but I’m putting that down to stress and the driving.

But update I am down to 73kg leaning out nicely! Coach cut my macros down by 200cals and 50g of carbs per day!

Congrats on the 3kg weight loss. Cals will now be 1800? That's getting pretty low. Was weight loss stalling?

So I have been flat out the last 2 weeks packing boxes till 10pm every night as we have sold the house so life I hectic as atm living out of boxes while still working 10hr days and a 2hr drive home everyday! In saying that I still made all of my gym sessions last week but did miss my cardio sessions and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more depleted in my life!!

There have been 2 nights where we just had no time to cook and had to get takeaway nothing to bad but not as wholesome as the wife would normally cook.

Hey guys,

Another hectic week of packing boxes, moving & working 10hr days along with a 2hr commute home everyday! But I have definitely made some visual progress this week which has made me very happy and also some strength increases pushed weight up on nearly everything this past week.

Down to 71.5kg this week!

Still made 95% of my gym sessions have dropped one cardio session per week so 2 instead of 3 sessions! I think the mots c pre workout is helping me with a bit of the fatigue after the lengthy drive home everyday.

Also there has been no time to do my lunch meal prep for the week so I’m going to fresh pre done meals, was very selective on the macros for these meals to remain within my targets so we will see how that goes for the week.

Not gonna lie here it has been very difficult keeping the structure for my goals this week!!

As per usual I’ll throw up my weekly coach check in pics

The mots - c i have been taking 2mg daily 1hr pre workout daily. I can definitely say that when I get home as of late before starting it I was quite fatigued after sitting in the car for 2hrs at a time and basically just wanted to sit and pretty much fall asleep.

Once I started taking pretty much as soon as I get home from work I wait about 45 mins then go to the gym and I can say that I haven’t gone to sleep while waiting the 45mins and I have had pretty good gym sessions all week have progressively gone up in weight in most sessions this week, so I would say it is definitely having a positive effect for my weight training sessions.

The Cardio sessions are still great but I would put that down to the slu-pp-332 that shit is game changer for cardio! I had been a smoker for over 20years so as you would image cardio was not my strong suit, but after taking that daily I actually really enjoy cardio now.
