Cut Phase Log – Getting Lean Before Growth Phase
Stats:
41 yrs old
76.2 kgs
Father of 2
Currently being coached by TW Coaching
Goal:
Dropping body fat first so I can push into a proper growth phase from a leaner base. Want better nutrient partitioning, better insulin sensitivity, and overall just be in a healthier position before adding size.
Not rushing it — just steady fat loss while holding as much muscle and strength as possible.

Push
Pull
Cardio
Legs
Upper
Cardio
Rest
Current Approach:
Calories in a controlled deficit
Training intensity staying high
Focus on recovery so I don’t burn out

Plan Moving Forward:
Keep leaning out, hold strength, and not do anything stupid. Once I’m happy with condition, I’ll slowly push calories up and start the growth phase properly.
Nutrition:
Currently aiming for 2000 cals per day while in this cutting phase

- CoQ10 – 200mg daily
- Vitamin K2 – 5000 IU daily
- NAC – 1000mg daily
- Magnesium Glycinate – 400mg before bed
- Creatine - 10g daily
Performance / Hormonal:
- Test E (Raptor Labs)
- Retatrutide – 2.5mg weekly (Asylum)
Recovery (as needed):
- BPC / TB (Asylum)
Metabolic Stack:
- SLU-PP-332 – 25mg twice daily
- 5-Amino-1MQ – 50mg x 3 daily (Helios Labs)
- Adding MOTS-c soon (Asylum)
- Adding Clen soon
