Use this phase and cycle to clean up any blood work you need, get complete shredded and as insulin sensitive as possible before you reverse and then move into a push.

You look very lean already brother, have you had bloods done recently?

Just started focusing on bodybuilding this year brother, planning on getting bloods done this coming week just been in the process of moving houses! stressful AF haha

Yeah the SLU im using is oral and makes cardio feel like a breeze. People say SLU isnt oral bioavaiable and "most of it" or "all" is killed in the gut. This is most likely true hence why I take such a high dose and I also take it sublingual. I swear by @Norvex SLU powder I definitely feel the increase in body temperature and since adding it in 2 weeks ago I have to force myself off the cardio machine.

Personally I wouldn't use injectable SLU. I feel like finding a quality injectable SLU isn't readily available at the moment. It has to be constituted with DMSO because its hydrophobic. DMSO is a toxic inflammatory, and I don't want to inject something that causes inflammation in my body.

Low FODMAP is essentail for me aha, anything outside of it I get bad runs. Especailly with the reta added in. The cardio is the easy part as I've come from a cardio sports background and i'm a creature of habit aha!
I would say the hard part had been the low food I tend to wake up in the night very hungry. But since switching my carbs to spud lite potatoes it makes the diet super easy feels like i'm eating too much food at times.
