Been training seriously for a few years now. Made heaps of mistakes early on with nutrition and programming, always yo-yod.
Lately been dialling in nutrition, supplements during a cut phase.
Current focus is to get more conditioned before starting my first growth phase.
Was doing martial arts for the past 3-4 years but focusing on Bodybuilding this year. Plan on competing in the future.

Training has recently changed from PPL to a upper body focus split, just testing out the waters.
Training do a 5 day split consisting of
Monday: Chest and back
Tuesday: Shoulders and arms
Wednesday: Back and chest
Thursday: Shoulders and arms
Friday: Chest and back
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off
Fasted cardio: 30 min stair master, 15min elliptical every morning
