Heres me penning out my variables on paper 😅 quick little cut then get the bloods done then I can push things a little harder.... (doctor messed me around a little and I have to go elsewhere) 🙏🏻 . @Allupfromhere I asked the doctor specifically for what I wanted but then he might have put whatever he reckons instead... Did i get fucked around here again u reckon??? Its happened before.

In Australia we can get bloods done every 6 months, (I think the time frame is) and its covered by Medicare. Otherwise its the private system and it costs money (I've heard its quite expensive?🤷‍♂️) either way they need to be done. But i was trying to get a subsidised test done first.

I was speaking with @Allupfromhere about the tests a couple weeks ago and which ones to focus on. I think I have the right ones listed here... But i think the doctor maybe left out metabolic panel and some other things but I'm not great with the codes. Hence tagging allup.

I wanna know what the actual e2 is sitting at with the EQ doing it's thing converting a portion of the test into e1. Firstly to make sure my e2 isnt completely tanked, as standard test will only see the two types as the same and give me an innacurate reading.

Once I know my true e2, I can assess with Allup whether or not its in range to be effective on igf1, which will dictate whether or not I can bump the GH upwards in the push. Gotta have juuuuust enough.

But i'll likely just do a private one as well anyway so i can add IGF1 and GH and metabolic panel and inflammatory markers.

Anyway, that all sounded a bit like a grumpy bum post 😆 probs just had the irrits from sore as fk feet and bent over a bench wiring up a control panel in th 40+ heat all day 😅
We're actually pretty lucky to be in a country where we can get one or two free lots of bloods a year. It's probably that the doctor has to justify to the government that the tests are required and that probably makes things tricky on their end and limits the tests they can order tbh.

Thankyou brother 🙏🏻 Early starts with a late bedtime don't go well with getting the best out of the gym. I reckon Saturday morning will get alot more out of me.

Thankyou @LevButlerov 🙏🏻 I forgot how much I loved the forearm burn from farmers carries aye. The gym has a 25M section that I just kept going up and back on, squat the weight down at the end and pick it back up and go back to the start, rinse repeat. Very satisfying movement, that feels like its targeting a collective of muscles.

I can carry all of Grandma's groceries in all at once now 🤣

@Wolfenstein Reta is doing a marvelous job at keeping blood sugars dead on with VERY little variance in readings.

Weight is down to 88.1 kg this morning but I look much bigger with a harder/grainier look when I was that weight last time.

Today is Reta pin day. (Friday) And I'm still fasted from 8:00pm last night for todays blood tests. Guess where BG is at? 5.6 again. Spot on. 👌🏻Stable as all get out. 🐴

Appreciate the kind words brother 🙏🏻 @codezz You're a weapon though. It's gunna take me some time to get to your level.

The 30mg var was nice. Plenty of on demand strength for vertical pull drive and connection and I was able to rep out quite a few strict and complete r.o.m pulls in sets.

Turns out the knee tuck pullup thing I was doing has a propper name...
"Supinated tuck lever rows". I just learned that today 😅

Probably only needed 20mg though to be honest, the 200mg caffeine pill is juuuuust right for me. I feel any more than that for me is overkill.

Var and Caffeine have a crazy synergy, and make for a great pre workout i.m.o.

I probably should look into the whole BG monitoring since I started HGH (well maybe should have before starting 😬).

Hey @waggat bro 😊 Cheers my dude.

I have a couple of options to consider. Continue on the 500mg Test E and add Prop at maybe 25mg eod. Or drop the test to 375 and go 25-50mg prop eod. I have to consider how the EQ will influence everything tho. Because I suspect Ive been having low E2 issues as it is. Might be better to just keep TestE and EQ the same and just add the prop 10-15mg ed or 25mg-50mg eod during the push/growth. Still mulling it over tbh. I dont wanna be taking excessive amounts of androgens only for them not getting utilised correctly and putting strain on my liver.

I am definately adding proviron for the feel good and freeing anything bound up in SHBG

Blood sugars are a good idea my man. When I fucked around with tren I remember having VERY high blood sugar levels.
 
Add 90gm WPI90 + 20gm Collagen to cup... Pour in 500ml Bone Broth.... Stirred not shaken 😅

Blood Test Update
Friday 6/2/2026


My doctor wrote estrogen lcms but the pathology doesnt do that test and they were confused with what he had written down. They only do progesterone lcms.

I requested she just do the sex hormone tests as usual and they'll do the progesterone at a different lab 🙄 oh well.

At least I'll have something to work with when I see the other markers and fasted results until i can get LCMS e2 done somewhere else.

I wish I could pose and it would help if I didnt have albino complexion under these lights aye. I felt super pumped and I was pretty happy with what I saw in the mirror. I was pretty puffed out though.

I work with what I have in my time frames, usually 45-60mins lately.
I like to do full body workouts.
I prefer to do legs first then chest arms and back with a finish on abs.

Two isolated movements and a squat for legs, I prefer to start with hamstrings because of a Will Tennison video where he said he gets a better workout starting hams, and I kinda agree after trying it out. (couldnt get a spot on a press today and I was gassed out by the time I hit the BSS machine where I could've done squat movements if i didnt punk out)

Isolated movements on biceps in between compound movements for upper body.
Lsit pullups a row of some sort and a push movement... iso bench usually.

But after hearing the @Ohdamn podcast and seeing an insta post that this gym got a new bench, I figured I should get back to the roots and try straight barbell bench again.

These are the core ones for me if I can get other movements in its a bonus aye.

Still roughing it out though. Im trying to create a structure that works being older and time poor.

Open to any and all input my dude 100% aye.

I would love to get a coach one day.

Working on these chicken legs, they felt nice and full today. Slowly getting some size on these twigs.

I wish I could pose and it would help if I didnt have albino complexion under these lights aye. I felt super pumped and I was pretty happy with what I saw in the mirror. I was pretty puffed out though.
All in all it was a nice workout.

Are you taking anything for your glucose level? 5.7 isnt ideal, berberine, reta, theres a few things that could help

I'm on the reta my bro. 1mg fridays.
Theres some sugars in the intra workout and I had some fruit before kicking off.

Usually have berberine, tmg and naringenin nightly, but forgot to get it in last night before bed.

BG doesnt get much higher than that. Usually sits around 5.0-5.6ish.

Deffo need to up the cardio though, no doubt about that, and I'll try n keep the carbs a bit lower and use the disposal agent supps I have at a bit of a higher dose in the meantime.

Blood Test Update
Friday 6/2/2026


My doctor wrote estrogen lcms but the pathology doesnt do that test and they were confused with what he had written down. They only do progesterone lcms.

I requested she just do the sex hormone tests as usual and they'll do the progesterone at a different lab 🙄 oh well.

At least I'll have something to work with when I see the other markers and fasted results until i can get LCMS e2 done somewhere else.

Food prep has been great, the ease of rotating pre made food from the freezer to the fridge to the containers has made work lunches so much easier.

You would think that makes it easier for me to stick to the plan right?
Well I haven't been sticking to the plan exactly.

Started dropping weight quickly and feeling low on energy and gave myself excuses to stray from the plan from there.
The first week was great, not so much last week.

Got a bit snacky at work and also went over trying to hit protein goals some nights.
I havent gained any weight, lost some actually, but I'm yoyo-ing while trying to reach an equilibrium... The plan worked on paper... ON PAPER. Just have to suck it up and be more disciplined.

Breakies with my Darling dearest angel faced sweetheart of mine have been easy enough to stick to. Couple eggs, sourdough and a coffee.

I'd be lying if I said she's super cool with it all, cos she really wants me to eat the same thing for lunches and dinner like we used to.

A big part of our time we enjoy together was eating out trying new places for lunches and dinner... I get it...

I'm still trying to dial in, and in kind I'm not gunna be dismissive of her feelings.
I'd love to find somewhere we can go that's super healthy, is easy to track macros/cals and fits the lifestyle... but I've been sticking to my lunch and dinner meal plan of chicken or kangaroo, brocolli, fruit, juice and yoghurt on the weekends together.

I've told her I'm more than happy for us to get her whatever she wants while I have my planned food, but she misses us eating together at places. She understands though and is still supportive. I regret finishing her pancakes this morning tho 😬

Tomorrow is the start of a new week, no point in continuing to beat myself up over it, so just reset and go again, just keep moving.

I'll kick off giving myself 200gm chicken in the meals now instead of the 150... There's a little bit of wiggle room here and I reckon this will be enough to satiate me and stick with WPI/Collagen dosed bone broth for evenings in the week.

Got ahead of everything on friday chopping up a couple kilos of chicken and froze it ready to thaw and cook. I have some frozen that kust meed fresh brocolli and I did more tonight as ready to go meals and have them for work ready to go and froze the rest.

I'll post the weeks Cals and Macros here and in the following post I'll give the daily captures for Monday to Sunday.

Another top quality log post bro. Man, I totally get finding a balance with eating with your loved ones. We used to eat out all the time and loved it. Now is trickier I agree. Our special ladies have to put up with lot dealing with this minor obsession of ours, that is why they are so special.

Got ahead of everything on friday chopping up a couple kilos of chicken and froze it ready to thaw and cook. I have some frozen that kust meed fresh brocolli and I did more tonight as ready to go meals and have them for work ready to go and froze the rest.

I'll post the weeks Cals and Macros here and in the following post I'll give the daily captures for Monday to Sunday.

Food prep has been great, the ease of rotating pre made food from the freezer to the fridge to the containers has made work lunches so much easier.

You would think that makes it easier for me to stick to the plan right?
Well I haven't been sticking to the plan exactly.

Started dropping weight quickly and feeling low on energy and gave myself excuses to stray from the plan from there.
The first week was great, not so much last week.

Got a bit snacky at work and also went over trying to hit protein goals some nights.
I havent gained any weight, lost some actually, but I'm yoyo-ing while trying to reach an equilibrium... The plan worked on paper... ON PAPER. Just have to suck it up and be more disciplined.

Breakies with my Darling dearest angel faced sweetheart of mine have been easy enough to stick to. Couple eggs, sourdough and a coffee.

I'd be lying if I said she's super cool with it all, cos she really wants me to eat the same thing for lunches and dinner like we used to.

A big part of our time we enjoy together was eating out trying new places for lunches and dinner... I get it...

I'm still trying to dial in, and in kind I'm not gunna be dismissive of her feelings.
I'd love to find somewhere we can go that's super healthy, is easy to track macros/cals and fits the lifestyle... but I've been sticking to my lunch and dinner meal plan of chicken or kangaroo, brocolli, fruit, juice and yoghurt on the weekends together.

I've told her I'm more than happy for us to get her whatever she wants while I have my planned food, but she misses us eating together at places. She understands though and is still supportive. I regret finishing her pancakes this morning tho 😬

Tomorrow is the start of a new week, no point in continuing to beat myself up over it, so just reset and go again, just keep moving.

Regarding eating out with your partner, how often does she want to do that? Just weekends? Multiple meals each of those days though. If it was just one meal each of the two weekend days I wouldn't be concerned. Would be easy to adjust during the rest of the day?

We would usually eat our most of the weekend. Not just breakfast.

Weekdays are easy cos its just me and work.

Macros are crazy cos I count everything upto and including smoko as breakfast, I do track thru the day and I havent been as disciplined as I could/should have been this week. Weekends are a bit harder to track as I go, cos I like to try and be as present as possible with my wife and not be tapping away on my phone in front of her.

Today I fkn nailed it tho 👌🏻😅

Another top quality log post bro. Man, I totally get finding a balance with eating with your loved ones. We used to eat out all the time and loved it. Now is trickier I agree. Our special ladies have to put up with lot dealing with this minor obsession of ours, that is why they are so special.

I have zigduo (metformin/dapagliflozin) here I could use that to help with the BG, but I'm not sure about the part where I pee out the sugars though aye, and feels like more of a bandaid than a fix.

I know its a touch on the high end of the scale, but it is very stable.
Personally I like to see it closer to the mid to high 4''s though.

I haven't seen dihydroberberine for sale anywhere only berberine hcl. I'm due to get more soon.

Maybe up the reta to 1.5-2mg?
I use dapagliflozin. It’s been useful for me for getting/ keeping a1C down while using HGH when my carb intake is high.
I wouldn’t use it unless bloods indicate rising a1C since FBG is only an acute measurement anyhow. Are you using HGH? Moving my dose to the morning (fasted) and then doing some steps/ cardio after & keeping all carbs around training is what saw my FBG improve the most. You could even try splitting the HGH dose AM/ PM.

Slept well when I did sleep, the GH and BPC are grouse for that. Still having 4iu nightly, except for weekends as I don't travel with it. Feeling a bit flogged tho cos sleep coulda been heaps better. This is all my own doing tho.
It's funny how much I allow the weekend to really disrupt my sleep schedule aye. I'm my own worst enemy with diet and recovery because I fall out of routine. Its simple but I seem to still make the same mistake over again 🙄

Gunna go make my creatine hcl, taurine, TMG and Naringenin drink and hit the hay early I reckon and prioritise max sleep/recovery... I'll catch up on the logs I've missed at smoko, lunch and dinner.

I've considered it only as a glucose disposal agent as opposed to the pretty average quality generic berberine I have on hand.

I am using a low dose of Empagliflozin for blood glucose management while taking HGH in a caloric surplus. It’s quite commonly used in diabetes management alongside metformin. HGH can reduce insulin sensitivity by increasing gluconeogenesis and decreasing glucose uptake in skeletal muscle (which I’ve previously experienced), so the Metformin/ Jardiance combo can be used to counteract these effects. I’m getting my a1c tested this week so I’ll share results/ comparison of where it is now vs several months ago.

I was going to add that I found that doing cardio after eating carb meals to be helpful for reducing BG spikes. Even just 10-15 mins of walking is effective.

Hey Brother 😊 Monday Thursday before work and Friday or Saturday are my days available to train.
My target cals were so low to try and drop a bit of water and fluff in preparation for a cleanup phase... But its not exactly working well for me. I'm getting a touch moody, feeling tired and recovery is suffering. I'm wondering if its the low cals or the EQ or both thats giving me the irrits... So leaning toward a course correction of 2500-2800 cals instead.

I haven't used Proviron before, I've just heard REALLY good things and I missed having that DHT feeling for some time now. But after today I'm pretty
Sure my timing to deploy is off for now given Provirons ability to lower E2. I'm almost certain that the EQ is bringing my E2 down way too low as it is.

Anyway, ordering an LCMS E2 test this week and didn't dose any E2 today. 500T/300EQ should probably be 300/50 for a while.

I'll know more when I get my recent results back.

I upped the calories for dinner with some air fried southern fried chicken and cottage cheese after having a bit of an ordinary day at work.

Off to bed early tonight, tomorrows another day 💪🏻

What a cracker of a day. Feeling 100% compared to the start of the week.

The adjustment worked a treat.
Upped the cals and took on a little more fats and carbs + tried 5/1000 zigduo at smoko.

300mg TestE last night and 50mg Test Prop and 3iu HGH.

Rest was fantastic. Deep sleep in blocks. Dumped a fair bit of water through the night.

This morning after some Strawberries Blueberries and a Banana and a coffee I took 25mg Proviron and holy smokes!!!

It was almost too overstimulating.
That 25mg hit like a freight train. I had that DHT drive, attitude, clarity and focus in DROVES!

I reckon I got a whole days work done with ease in about 4 hours. I killed it. What a cracker of a day, even felt a boost in libido. God I've missed that DHT feeling 😆

I know it seems a bit knee jerk, and the DHberberine is on the way and will still be used.

I've had a suspicion for a while now that I don't easily convert test to dht, whenever I used Mast it was like night and day, like an amazing anti depressant.
The feeling I attribute to Proviron is similar with mood and focus, but much more stimulatory by comparison to Mast.

I cook the chicken breast in the pan with coconut oil and lemon pepper seasoning.
Lately ive been off the sriracha and hot sauces. Just plain out the microwave suiting me just fine this week. Easier on the stomach.

Nice day of feeding today. Strawberries blueberries and bananas and coffee in the morning with a boiled egg.

Chicken rice and broccoli protein bars and yoghurt for smoko.

Chicken rice and broccoli with yoghurt and an egg for lunch a few protein snacks along the way.

Buffalo chicken tenders a couple of calamari rings (which were awful) and a giant choc Coco water protein shake with 120gm.of.protein in it to finish up the night.

That'll do me for today. I hit that protein goal at 425gm. Lets see if I can keep it up and not get fluffy. 😅

Pretty happy with the shape of the macro pie to be honest though.

Sleep was pretty good but a 330am early start always has me wishing for more Z's.
Had another 30mg test prop last night before bed and 5iu GH (to finish the vial)

Gym was absolutely packed again. Good for all these people looking to get in shape. Makes my routine hard to do today, but I'm happy for all these people looking to get fit... so making up a light filler on the fly, cant fry myself cos its a big day at work anyways.

Feeling a bit of body dysmorphia today.
How can I feel like I'm too skinny and too tubby at the same time... 😅 that's far too emotionally invested and overthinking simultaneously aye, a touch neurotic really.

Friends are telling me I'm too thin, I'm trying to gain some weight but I'm not getting there, just maintaining really. Rest and workout intensity are probably the weak link here, and I'm.gunna have to do better if I'm gunna move the needle.

The food was pretty easy to take in today, I deffo knew it was in my stomach tho, I spent alot of time moving about at work and I was pumping the water too.

Getting the extra hit of protein this evening wasnt too bad. 120gm in choc coco water is delicious!
The protein shake was thick but I used to love thick shakes, so I was all about it. 😊
