G'day Evo Family.

I'm very pleased to share that Mr. Wolf @Wolfenstein has me onboard logging some of his premium Austrix Pharma peptide products in 2026. I appreciate the opportunity and I'm stoked to have truly one of the very best in my corner.

This log explores the use of the following

HGH 4iu nightly
BPC157 500mcg am/pm
Retatrutide 1mg weekly
Mots-C 1mg pwo (Coming soon)

These were selected for their indications toward Growth, Recovery, Insulin Sensitivity, Restorative Value, and Mitochondrial Health.

I'm 46 this year. 185cm and currently 90kg. 2kg up through my 2025 eoy log.

I firmly believe an old rig like mine, brought into balance, will be primed for performance on these peps. Mots-c, Reta and BPC are the triforce of health, and GH is the restorative backbone that supports it all.

Bloods are being done on Friday 30th with lcms for e2, hba1c and igf1 along with the usual full blood panel, lipids, hormones, fasted glucose, liver & kidney function and rbc.

If anything is out of whack, I'm very confident we'll see how these peps in combination, bring everything quickly into range. If markers are good I see no reason to stop the current AAS doses.

Currently using
Test E 500mg p/w (250 mon/thurs)
EQ 300mg p/w (150 mon/thurs)
@Raptor Labs

I am considering adding Test Prop because from my quick time with it I was pleased with the response.

NPP is out for the time being, the mental sides are too much now. I would like to bring a DHT into the equation for its ability to bring so much mental clarity focus and drive, as well as hitting another anabolic pathway.

From the cleanup phase, I can move to a push phase and chase some size and strength.

Attached is the last photo taken at the gym. This can be the before shot. 😅

Gear Porn 🔥❤️

We all love a bit of gear porn and touchdown pics.

For those who are unfamiliar with @Wolfenstein peps.

Kits are lovely aye. Well presented and labelled clearly and distinctly.

All reconstitute easily and are crystal clear.
No pip and no histamine response after pinning. All indicative of unadulterated and clean product that you can and should expect from a quality lab.

Initial Phase

After rounding off my recomp attempt to build and stay lean at the end of 2025, I've learned there are some key aspects to consider as we get past the age of 40.

Am I recovering effectively?
Is my diet and prep on point and efficient.
Am I consistent?
Is my program effective and tailored to minimise injury?
Are the PEDs Supps and Peps suitable and managed/correctly and deployed with good understanding and reason?

I say this not just to reiterate it to myself, but for our newer members reading this too.

Growth hinges on having alot of ducks in a row. The weak link in the chain is gunna let you down and hinder or downright halt progress.

I'm feeling this out as I go so I'm looking forward to any and all input and suggestions to get the best out of this run, and make the most out of it.

With the right diet, stimulus and recovery discipline, I reckon they can do their thing without going to waste putting out inflammatory spot fires.

@Doctakay looking really good on this solid physique for sure. For 46 years old you have the physique of a 25-year-old. Keep it up.

Thanks @LevButlerov 🙏🏻
Exactly right. I'll be updating again soon with some more details and ideas moving forward.
I thought I read somewhere you were going on the podcast soon, or maybe one of the moderators told me. I'm looking forward to it. You seem like a dude who knows his stuff. @Doctakay

General Feedback so far...

Sleep has been amazing now that I'm back on 4iu GH before bed. The dreams are back and the sleep is DEEEEP even when the blocks are only 2hrs or so at a time, I'm right back to sleep again after waking.

Waking may be from the fluid intake before bed, or BG might be a bit high still before dosing. Naringenin, TMG and Berberine are being used in response to this idea, and Glycine has been added too. I'll just have to drink this a little earlier and make sure I'm leaving adequate time from dinner to GH pin, I'll be watching much closer with BG monitor.

The BPC157 is doing its work, and the shoulder injury is quickly fading away.
No pain at all in the presses today and last night was the first night I wasn't disturbed by any flare ups through my sleep. (Even though Delta and I were sleeping on the hardwood floor under the airco in the loungeroom)

Delta is also making leaps and bounds in her recovery. Please check out her log to see the power of BPC157, @Wolfenstein has the real deal fam, we've both been using 500mcg am/pm and I've titrated Delta down to 250mcg am/pm from this arvo.

Reta is absolutely doing its thing slowing the gut down, I'm feeling much more satiated through the day. Might be TMI but bowel movements are certainly less frequent, might have to lower the dose to 500-750mcg. BG is stable between 5.1-6.2, but I'm fangin for chocolate later at night.🤤

So for a few days in, everything is going great guns. 💪🏻

Your all over it brother, log and phase has kicked off really well. Keep the grind moving and the magic will fall into place on it own 🤜🏼🤛🏼

@Doctakay Looking awesome! Always great to see a TD!

Quality update brother 🩵

Update Thursday 29/1/2026

Feeling very rested. Pinning 4iu @Wolfenstein Austrix Pharma HGH @ BG below 5.7 (semi fasted 1-2 hours after dinner) with 250mcg BPC157 AM and PM.

I've been pinning BPC157 I.M. direct into the injured shoulder. I'm noticing a very good response with the site injections, systemic sub q still works fine, but I find the BPC does more of a localised job when you jab close to or directly on the injury.

Sleep and recovery have been multiplied with the addition of Glycine and upping the amount of collagen protein by adding it into the nighttime naringenin, creatine, TMG ,taurine mix. It's one thing to have the signal to send the workers to repair or build on the job site, it's another to have them go there and have an abundance of material for them to work with.

Last night Inwas able to pin GH at BG4.4 whichnis great. I was dosing Glycine and Naringenin nice and high through the late afternoon.

So far my anecdotal is I am getting better recovery and protection from injury by adding these aminos with the peptides.

Reta is doing it's thing keeping blood sugars very stable with little variance outside of the normal range. I think the highest reading I had was. 7.0 that dropped back to 5.7 within 20mins. I've also found that there is a great deal of truth behind walking after your meal to trigger an insulin response and better digestion. BG tests showed a significant drop by about 6 points in 20 mins.

Food noise is absolute ZERO now and my gut is pretty slow atm. Nothing uncomfortable and no g.i. distress just some time between stools (12-18hrs) with some lower belly roundness. No constipation either. Tmi time. I weighed myself before and after and were talking nearly a pound difference 😆
I've found that high dose Glycine at the end of the night helps move things along. 😅

Glycine and BPC together help with the digestive issues that can pop up with Reta when (like me) the diet isnt exactly dialled in precisely. Some people get acid reflux or the squirts and I recommend adding BPC157 subQ to your stack and correcting your diet.

Speaking of, diet is something I'm sitting down and penning out on paper yesterday and today. I'm just heaps shit at maths and although I've used the Lbs x 12 formula its still kinda guessing the upper and lower cal limits aye.

Penning out Macros and Cals on timed meals and meal prep to cover everything so all I have to do is heat the same meals 3 times a day and then use the rest of the arvo to get the final steps in, which have been lacking.

I've bought heaps of chicken breast and broccoli, small containers and ziplock freezer bags. I have heaps of greek yoghurt, blueberries, wpi, bone broth, eggs and collagen. This is how it's gunna be.

I can dial it in strict and have no variance, easy for work days a little harder for weekends with my darling angel face. But I reckon we can still go out for breakfast if i keep it lean with sourdough and 2 eggs with black coffee then the rest of the day is the same plan as weekdays...

'cos if we're doing it, then we're fucken doing it.

Austrix Pharma Log Nutrition Plan
Ver. 1.0 - 29/1/2026
The Cleanup Phase

I've got the calorie budget set low at 2150 cals which leaves room to go a bit higher on workout days and weekends. The retatrutide doesn't really allow me to pack in much more comfortably anyway and the hefty hunger from the EQ gets easily muted by the Reta. I'm trying to keep protein high and carbs low at night.
If I cook everything on a friday and sunday arvo, packing two days at a time and thawing out frozen meals a day in advance I'll be golden a d have heaps of time tomget the steps in AND do a slow walk with Delly.

Predicted Macros on 2150 cals

Protein 61% - 306gm
Carbs 30% - 147gm

Fats 9% -20gm

Surely a little variance on fats there as I'll be cooking in coconut oil.

Mondays to Fridays are easy enough.
Slight but smart variations on the weekend if my darling dearest wants to go to breakfast by keeping it simple and trackable (eg: 2 eggs on sourdough toast)

Breakfast/Smoko 9am
559 cals

1 x Banana
150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
100gm Steamed White Rice

Lunch 12:30pm
721 cals

150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
100gm Steamed White Rice
150gm Chobani
30gm WPI90
10gm Callagen Protein
50gm Blueberries

Dinner 6pm
735 cals

150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
500ml Beef Bone Broth
30gm WPI90
30gm Collagen Protein
160gm Evia 20gm Protein Yoghurt

(I can fit in or swap out air fried, low carb potatoes, cottage cheese, sweet potato chips or some other variant of yoghurt at dinner if need be, as long as carbs are kept low before bed)

This also leaves room for 500ml of my favorite coconut waters or beetroot juice.

H2Coco - 85cals - P0.6/C20.6/F/0
Cocobella Choc - 138cals - P2.4/C/24/F3
Apple & Beet - 232cals - P5.5/C52/F4.5

Attached are the speculative feed time cals and daily macro.

Any input, criticism, concerns or corrections are greatly appreciated legends. 🙏🏻

Done. Gassed. Photos are always shit, I'm shaking too much. I dunno how to pose, theres some sweet spots for lighting but mostly the lighting is awful and my complexion doesnt help. What I saw in the mirror though was much better than what I saw on screen and Im happy with how its going. My loose skin is starting to show from when I was much heavier.
Nice bunch of leg exercises there mate!

The Cleanup Phase

I've got the calorie budget set low at 2150 cals which leaves room to go a bit higher on workout days and weekends. The retatrutide doesn't really allow me to pack in much more comfortably anyway and the hefty hunger from the EQ gets easily muted by the Reta. I'm trying to keep protein high and carbs low at night.
If I cook everything on a friday and sunday arvo, packing two days at a time and thawing out frozen meals a day in advance I'll be golden a d have heaps of time tomget the steps in AND do a slow walk with Delly.

Predicted Macros on 2150 cals

Protein 61% - 306gm
Carbs 30% - 147gm

Fats 9% -20gm

Surely a little variance on fats there as I'll be cooking in coconut oil.

Mondays to Fridays are easy enough.
Slight but smart variations on the weekend if my darling dearest wants to go to breakfast by keeping it simple and trackable (eg: 2 eggs on sourdough toast)

Breakfast/Smoko 9am
559 cals

1 x Banana
150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
100gm Steamed White Rice

Lunch 12:30pm
721 cals

150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
100gm Steamed White Rice
150gm Chobani
30gm WPI90
10gm Callagen Protein
50gm Blueberries

Dinner 6pm
735 cals

150gm Chicken
100gm Broccoli
500ml Beef Bone Broth
30gm WPI90
30gm Collagen Protein
160gm Evia 20gm Protein Yoghurt

(I can fit in or swap out air fried, low carb potatoes, cottage cheese, sweet potato chips or some other variant of yoghurt at dinner if need be, as long as carbs are kept low before bed)

This also leaves room for 500ml of my favorite coconut waters or beetroot juice.

H2Coco - 85cals - P0.6/C20.6/F/0
Cocobella Choc - 138cals - P2.4/C/24/F3
Apple & Beet - 232cals - P5.5/C52/F4.5

Attached are the speculative feed time cals and daily macro.

Any input, criticism, concerns or corrections are greatly appreciated legends. 🙏🏻
You've just dropped down to these macros now? What were you at until now?

Meals looking good. Do you ever swap out the chicken for extra lean mince or similar?
Workout Sat 31/1/2026

Trying to keep a similar full body workout going a bit heavier on the legs.

Knee Raise x 15

Bodyscan, BG test and Shower.
Off to see my darling dearest.

This felt a like a higher intensity workout today with the supersetting and wheelbarrow squat movements, I kept things moving with just enough rest time between sets. I broke a decent sweat and felt like I stopped just at the right time.
Usual shakes and catching my breath at the end. Very satisfying.

As you can see the loose skin is starting to show. Gunna happen after living life at 138kg for so long. The scales stay the same but the mid section is deffo hardening up.
Looking good in these photos!

Thankyou so much brother! Trying to grow the pegs out cos I've honestly neglected them for too long.

I was on about 3200 cals give or take to lean grow.
The priority focus on 270gm protein from Lev.

I'm trying to trim out the last of the fluff so for this cleanup phase. I'm making good use of the reta and dropping the cals, trying to keep the protein nice and high, closer to 300 through the week.

I have been switching up the protein previously, and tonight I had grass fed rump steak, but once the last kangaroo steak goes tomorrow its chicken breast all the way. Whey protein isolate and collagen protein as standard.

I appreciate your kind words brother.
Always good to hear from you weapon!

The steak looks awesome! And those eggs were your not too bad eat out meal right. Looks good too!

Stretching and Mobility

Long overdue and constantly neglected stretching (except for a few barely acceptable hammie and quad stretches before hitting the cables)

My Darling Dearest is ALWAYS into me about making sure I do adequate stretching after a workout, and do I? Nope. And it shows...
Here I am now paying the price, especially at my age. Tight fascia, limited range, next to no flexibility, stiff and sore.

Wifey puts me to shame, she's always done dance and is big into pilates and is super flexible. So who better to take the lessons from?

This has to be a staple part of working out, theres no point if I'm not gunna look after myself with comprehensive recovery. Lucky I have her in my corner. She put me to work doing basic stretches and movements for pecs, shoulders, back, glutes hams and ankles. Shit made me break a sweat!

Fully humbled by it and working on it from here on out.

Thanks @LevButlerov having a propper crack at the lifestyle this year... Its not just all iron and oils like a lot of people assume.

There's a whole list of checkboxes that keep things running well. Stoked to have you looking in also. 🙏🏻

“Wife’s super flexible”- bragger 😂

My wife isn’t even flexible with day to to day shit haha

But seriously good on you for stretching, I myself don’t do it enough

That looks exactly like me stretching bro LOL!!! Hammie and quad stretches only is so true.

That one when you sit on your ass and try to touch your knees to the floor I bet you got me beat.

Good on ya for taking the initiative and going for it. You should improve pretty quickly and it will be really helpful in day to day life.

I bet you wife was having so much fun taking those pics lol

Nice work with the stretching mate. So overlooked by most people. Being tall and sitting at a desk all day means I'm screwed if I don't do it.

Have a look into dynamic flexibility. I've added in all of the 'Defranco Agile 8'. Also the stuff by Eric Cressey and Mike Robertson is good.

Brooooo.... I could barely get halfway on the knees to the floor, flexors and abductors are tight as a drum.

Thankyou brother. Yeah she's a gem for sure. I gotta get stretches into regular rotation. Alot of people skip it (like myself) because of time constraints but I bet time spent skipping it is gunna be less than time spent trying to remedy issues from not doing it aye.

Definitely want to start adding stretches into my daily plan. Is there a specific routine you follow?

My dude, I've only just started yesterday hey. So i'll be working on a time sensitive routine to post. But so far, @waggat had the recommendation of the "agile 8" routine. You'll need a foam roller and maybe a tennis/cricket ball and the routine appears to take about 10mins.

But here I was doing childs pose, cat, cow and cobra pose, pigeon pose, windscreen wipers, spinal twist, butterfly and dragon. Its important to face the opposite direction to where your knees point in windscreen wipers and spinal twist movements to get a full stretch.

I do a lot of those ones in your pics but just make them dynamic. So push to the stretch position, hold for 1-3s then back off and repeat instead of just doing it statically.

First weekend out trying to do the righty with the diet and not impact the time with my Darling Dearest.

I think it went really well. Stuck to the budget calories saturday BUT missed my protein goals by a scooch, hit the protein today (sun) but went over slightly on cals.

Breakfasts were a lot lighter from the cafe, and lunches weren't snacky for me, rather bringing pre made food or buying something from Aldi to cook after we visit my mother in law.

This is going to be the standard from now and I don't mind if the misso grabs something takeout cos I don't miss it and we save money 😅

Breaky's were sourdough and eggs and a very strong coffee (I like a flat white on lactose with 5 shots of espresso) today I got a sausage extra for me and one for Delta.

The chicken breast and yoghurt for lunches and steak last night with avo and asparagus with collagen + greek yoghurt for dessert.

Tonight I had the last of my kangaroo steak with an egg and cottage cheese. And lunch was 150gm chicken breast with an egg and 50gm rice. I finished up my feeding tonight just now at 530pm on a bonebroth with 60gm wpi90 and 20gm collagen protein.
Pushing me to my 300+gm target 388 cals over the target 2150... which could've been avoided if I didnt have the beef sausage with my breakfast.

In relation to the @Wolfenstein Austrix Pharma Retatrutide, I don't feel stuffed, overly full or bloated, but definately feeling that the total food is sufficient.

I've meal prepped about my chicken rice and broccoli meals. Two ready to grab and space saved the rest in ziplock bags. Two bags are ready to pour out tomorrow and two more are thawing in the fridge and the rest are frozen. I've also pre portioned 4 more 100gm serves of rice in the fridge and there's 400gms sitting in a chinese food container to part out for later.

I've already got monday and tuesdays greek yoghurt with wpi and collagen and blueberries pre made.

I've got a bunch of the evia 20gm protein yoghurts for dinners, a bunch of bone broth bags and a new bag of wpi90 just in case.

So the plan is ready to rock. I'm set up to defrost and pour out as we go with minimal fuss. It's looking very doable.

This weekend's macros and calories in pics attached.

Pushing me to my 300+gm target 388 cals over the target 2150... which could've been avoided if I didnt have the beef sausage with my breakfast.

In relation to the Retatrutide, I don't feel stuffed, overly full or bloated, but definately feeling that the total food is sufficient.

Fabulous update with so much detail and interesting explanations. The food outlines are special and the the pics were 😍😋. Really becoming a must read log brother. 🩵

Anytime I try and stretch I can't help but laugh at how bad I am at it

Nice update man, truly I think the part I find most challenging about this lifestyle is balancing it with life when with others who dont really track or care - luckily my friends and family know what Im about these days and leave me to it 😂

Workout Monday 2/2/2026

Sleep was not great at all. Woke up at 12:30am and struggled to get back to sleep. Managed to get broken sleep till 330am.

1 x Banana

Intra Workout
Intra War Aminos

Warmup

110kg x 9.5 (failed on 10)

Seated Cable Leg Press

155kg x 10
Super slow focused and intentional. I can feel this all through my hams and quads. Very Good Very Nice.

Lsit Neutral Grip Pullup x 10
Incline Push Up x 25

Straight Barbell Curl
20kg x 20

Lsit Supinated Pullup x 5

Iso Bench Press
40kg x 10 warmies (5 isolated, 5 dual)
120kg x 4 (too soon 😓)
80kg x 5
Its very clear that I've not recovered enough. Back off. Try again thursday.

BSS Machine 20kg
20 x Rear Delt Row
20 x Shrug

Straight Barbell Curl
25kg x 10
(gassed out)

Roman Chair
12 x Leg Swing

In my absent mindedness I forgot to grab BG readings before and after.

But I did get readings on waking and arrival at work.

Recovery and therefore performance was clearly sub optimal from the weekend. The heat in my room was disgustingly uncomfortable haha.

Got a little more meal prep done when I got home, just to get ahead and fill the last 4 x 100gm rice bags to chuck in the freezer.

Great in depth log update legend. Great strength in your lifts, and the 120kg Iso Bench will come soon. Love your leg press work as well. Journey is going well brother 🩵

Thankyou my bro. Just gotta get the recovery in if I want to hit the iso bench lifts for 7-8 reps again. The tanks was near on empty at kickoff.

Off to get some rest. Have a grouse one aye.

I've tried my best to capture a shot of the loose skin after dropping heaps of weight from 2024. 🤙🏻

I think the use of @Wolfenstein Austrix Pharma GH and BPC157 has definately helped in the way of collagen production and dermal elasticity. Because the droop used to be much more pronounced.

I generally only notice when I lean forward or sit down, because standing up, I have a bit of "seal skin 🦭" being its feels a bit thicker.

I'm sure I've seen logs with people talking about what they were trying... possibly with some success. Was it @HarleyGuy maybe?
Looking forward to trying out this bad boy tomorrow with my lunch.

200gm Chobani Greek Yoghurt + 70gm WPI 90 + 10gm collagen + 70gm Blueberries.
Looks awesome mate. My go to dessert is plain greek yoghurt, choc wpi and almond butter. Always try and leave some room left in the macros for the day for that.

Just got caught up on this beauty of a log brother. This is absolute dynamite detail and I can tell you're super driven it makes me wanna go smash some weights right now! Good for you for putting up your loose skin I did the same and you'll feel the no judgement zone more and more as you unleash the vulnerable stuff. You're a valued member here on EVO and I loved getting caught up on your log you're really putting your life out there and know your goals and are doing what it takes, very refreshing!

Speaking of, diet is something I'm sitting down and penning out on paper yesterday and today. I'm just heaps shit at maths and although I've used the Lbs x 12 formula its still kinda guessing the upper and lower cal limits aye.
I take pics of each meal so I can scroll back so I don't forget, then you can delete them after if you want.

Haha takes me some time to write them out on my phone
You brothers that use your phone blow my mind.... I need two computer monitors and I have about 50 browsers open LOL. I need two browsers just to do my own log updates... old school old man style I guess haha.

20gm collagen protein.
I liked seeing this, good stuff.

Pushing me to my 300+gm target 388 cals over the target 2150
You're effort is going to pay off bro you're looking really hard and getting lean AF. Love it!

Thank you brother! 🙏🏻 Means alot how you come past and read it all. I appreciate your kind words @HarleyGuy and I love being a part of the Evo community. I hope I can add some value with my contributions and logs.

Heres me penning out my variables on paper 😅 quick little cut then get the bloods done then I can push things a little harder.... (doctor messed me around a little and I have to go elsewhere) 🙏🏻 . @Allupfromhere I asked the doctor specifically for what I wanted but then he might have put whatever he reckons instead... Did i get fucked around here again u reckon??? Its happened before.
