Today was leg day. It was a very good workout and the legs are growing at a good pace. I am excited for tomorrow’s well deserved rest day. The food is going down easy and the training is improving every week.

Nice , also think about adding millet to your shakes—it’s high in iodine and a great source of carbs. Plus, it tastes amazing in a shake.

I love potatoes, especially after tough training sessions, like legs or chest ;) They load perfectly, give you more energy than pasta, and don’t make you feel so heavy. Mashed potatoes… hmmmm, you just made me crave them :)

I will have to try millet some day. But I don’t drink any shakes, I get all of my calories from food 😁

Potatoes, hmmm… I have two recipes I’ve tried:

  1. I baked them, then blended them with the skin into a mash, added sea salt and dill, and sat down after training in front of the TV. I ended up eating a solid kilogram of potatoes — amazing!
  2. I cooked sweet potatoes and regular potatoes (2/3 regular, 1/3 sweet), blended them, and added fruit kefir — absolutely delicious. Highly recommend 🙂

Yesterday I got back to the training with a big push session. The strength is still going up so is the scale. My appetite and digestion still feel like they’re in a really good spot. I have my bloodwork coming up soon. I would like to push it to 20 weeks assuming all is well there. Blood pressure is in a really good spot as well.
