Today’s activities, helped a friend move a refrigerator makeshift uneven railroad tie stairs into her house and move the behemoth 45 year old 300 lb frig out of the house and down those uneven railroad tie stairs to the truck.
They don’t build refrigerators like they used to. Holy shit!!!

Today’s activities, helped a friend move a refrigerator makeshift uneven railroad tie stairs into her house and move the behemoth 45 year old 300 lb frig out of the house and down those uneven railroad tie stairs to the truck.
They don’t build refrigerators like they used to. Holy shit!!!

Shoulder is singing this morning. Calls for smart weight and smart reps!

HS pin looad incline
While sitting on the chair, If I get my feet
Behind me, get a good arch to my back, stick out a proud chest to the ceiling and have a great hand and elbow position, it takes a lot off of my shoulder.
Light

HS decline pin loaded
40lbs 3 x amrap easy smooth reps

C-grip pushdowns

These stress the shoulder but if I go really light and put my left hand on my shoulder to support, I can do them

20lb 2 x whatever I can tolerate.

2 months exactly to the next shoulder procedure. The suffering comes and goes 😂😂
I dont care, I am not going to stop. I just need to be smart. Capitalize on doing harder lerga and going easy whenever the shoulder is stressed.

Afterwards, my breathing straightened out and I felt clean. Damn, those old refrigerators are freaking heavy. And the railroad tie stairs
were brutal!!

I need to get through the next two months with that shoulder. It will be tough, but I can do it. Today I really lightened the weight and tried to concentrate hard on really good form to take as much pressure off of it that I could.
But there is no hiding from it when doing Tri’s.
Kinda ironic how it affects my arm work more than chest.

You should work more lower body to get the pressure off shoulder imo

Right!!! It was suggested that I use 1.5iu preworkout, but when I did, I got a bit hypo and USP suggested I get some carbs in before and after to replenish glycogen stores faster…and it is working, and my recovery is fast!!

I have been making rice porridge or Congee if you will for preworkout and it has made a difference in my gym performance

@LevButlerov I am ending my day with 2114 calories. I could probably come up a little more to get more protein. I think I did good getting my carbs up.
@US-pharmacies explained to me about running to much of a calorie deficit and how it is a strain on the body, and so I am going to try and run closer to or at maintenance. I am nervous because I am afraid to not get the fat burn that I want. But I am going to trust the process.
I ate a small carb meal with a touch of protein preworkout and carb post workout meal along with a breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is confusing to me Lev, Fat or weight or both. Can I get lean doing it like this?
I am floating from 252lbs to 258lbs, I would like be 225lbs.
I know to trust this, but damn, after years of a mind set, It is hard to get my brain to accept

Fast once a week for 36 hours?

How has @Noah Wixx lost so much weight and yet still look so big and ripped??

Shoulders are funny but don’t know if I have anything to offer you.
Hopefully someone with a broader knowledge of shoulder exercises chimes in. Quick chat with a PT might help.

I started it on Sunday and it will be a part of this cycle for the next 5 weeks.

It feels like I am eating way more 😂
I had been running in a deficit of about 500 calories for so long that my body forgot what it is supposed to use fuel for. USP dude said I was putting my body under too much stress and to bring the calories up to just above maintenance and after about 4 weeks I will start to see good changes in getting lean, especially with the gear I’m running.
This is hard for me brother, it is a shift in thought process. He went into the difference between weight loss and fat loss and explained that in a minute my body will start shedding the fat faster than it will build muscle and I will see then. I must let go of old perceptions and trust the process.

Harley brother, I have learned to eat big volume meals, relatively moderate on calories and then try and target carbs and protein separately and the fat takes care of itself.

I helped a young man in the wee hours in the gym today. He was very obviously new to this and he was on the road to big injury. I said hi, and approached his lifting form very carefully, you know how people can get. It turned out he was a sponge!!! He worked in with my chest workout out, and I helped him with tri’s before I cramped. That was fun and it felt good to help. His movements totally turned around. I hope I saved his shoulders from the same fate as mine
Ya gotta give back sometimes and I gave back for everything you all have given me!!

Bro, those incline cable curls are brutal if you go slow. Doesn’t take much weight to be very affective and the dropsets are like getting 6 sets of amraps in one!! It was a great pump.
That shoulder is frustrating because I can’t lift to my strength and I have to rely on lighter weight with good reps. I do what I can.
It affects everything
I ran through the hammer curl dropsets and preacher dropsets twice each
 
I can tell you right now that the report is correct!! My legs are already getting veiny and I can feel it in my lifts. I have been adding taurine to my whey, so I haven’t had back pump problems. It is super duper clean!!
