While sitting on the chair, If I get my feet
Behind me, get a good arch to my back, stick out a proud chest to the ceiling and have a great hand and elbow position, it takes a lot off of my shoulder.

These stress the shoulder but if I go really light and put my left hand on my shoulder to support, I can do them
20lb 2 x whatever I can tolerate.
2 months exactly to the next shoulder procedure. The suffering comes and goes


I dont care, I am not going to stop. I just need to be smart. Capitalize on doing harder lerga and going easy whenever the shoulder is stressed.

Pain is a barrier that unless it is crippling us, We can work through it. It doesn’t matter, we have to push through some barriers to get to where we want to go!!
Barring permanent injury and just being stupid we can all do this!!
