@catdadironman nice job on honesty. Hopefully we can get the coffee and nicotine down and down and down. I want to see that nicotine go to zero.

Up a bit past my normal bedtime tonight, but it was the kind of day that makes the extra house feel well spent.
Had an excellent shoulder session first thing this morning and I am very pleased with the progress I am seeing. The overall development is coming along nicely, though I do think the read delts could use some additional attention to round it out. I may start adding extra rear delt work on back day to help bring them out further. The pump today was absolutely exceptional!

Thoughts/Reflections:
Slept great last night - woke up feeling fully rested, and the elbows felt much better overall. Maybe the yard work just exacerbated the low E2 symptoms a bit, but today was a much better day all around. Energy was solid, joints felt happier, and generally just felt more like myself again.
Absolutely slaughtered my hammies and glutes. Everything felt strong, controlled and explosive. Walked out of the gym feeling like I had horse legs and I know stairs may be an issue tomorrow.
Went on a quick bike ride after to get some cardio in and enjoy the weather. Originally wanted to push for 15-20 miles, but the legs were completely smoked from the lift and just did not have another gear to give today. So I kept it shorter and just enjoyed the ride instead of forcing milage. Plenty of weekend left to get some riding in.
Finished the day off with a little rest and recovery tanning session outside, which is a very underrated part of summer. Good training, good weather - overall very solid day from start to finish.

Thoughts/Reflections:
Ended up not getting to bed until 9pm last night, which is probably the latest I have stayed up in quite a while. Thankfully, I still slept pretty well and right through my usual wake up time. Opened my eyes to actual daylight shining through the windows - a rare sight for a staunch member of the dawn patrol. Thankfully, today was a complete rest day, so there was no rush to be anywhere and I had plenty of extra time to spare.
Not a whole lot to report on the fitness front today. Most of the day was spend running around town attending to social obligations, catching up with good people, and enjoying some quality downtime. Sometimes these simple, lowkey days are exactly what the mind and body needs.
On another note be sure to check out @US-pharmacies latest sale! I've used their products throughout this entire cycle and I can honestly say they have played a significant role in helping me achieve my goals. The qaulity of both their oils and orals has been consistently excellent, and my experince has been nothing but positive. If you've been thinking about giving them a look, this sale is a great chance to do so!
Even your rest day updates are informative. This quality of sleep you're getting now is awesome bro. I know that feeling of waking up with sunlight, to us that means post night shift afternoon waking vs. the rest of humanity it means early morning LOL.WORKOUT

Thoughts/Reflections:
Was planning to get another bike ride in today, but the weather had other ideas. After waking up and seeing rain moving in, I opted for a quick outdoor jog instead so I could stay close to home in case the skies decided to open up. Kept it nice and easy with 10 minute miles and an average HR of 135. The rest of the day was spent relaxing and recharging after a very busy social weekend.
All health markers continue to look good this week. Weight still refuses to budge, although BF is down a bit. So it might be time to bump the macros up again and see if that gets things moving. Trying to find that sweet spot to put on some mass and stay lean - finding out its a much thinner tightrope that I anticipated.
The low E2 symptoms seem to be improving as well. Aside from one rougher day, I haven't really noticed anything significant since then. This coming week will mark the halfway point of the 4 week Sustanon only rebound plan. I have an E2 blood draw scheduled which should give a much clearer picture of how the rebound is actually progressing.
With all compounds currently paused expect for Test, I've found myself thinking more about the overall game plan moving forward. The original intention was to run a 16 week cycle and really maximize the benefits of the EQ, but the interruption has complicated things a bit. Assuming bloodwork comes back favorable and restarting EQ is even on the table, I'm not entirely sure what the most logical path forward would be.
A few questions I have been kicking around:
Is it worth restarting EQ for only 8 weeks after spending a month getting it out of my system?
Would extending the cycle make more sense in order to give EQ the chance to do its work?
Or should I scrap the EQ altogether and transition to Mast P for the final 8 weeks instead?
To be clear, all of this is purely hypothetical at this stage. The upcoming blood work will ultimately determine whether restarting EQ is even a viable option. For now, I'm just trying to think ahead, weigh the different possibilities, and start putting together a sensible game plan so I can hit the ground running when the time comes.
Any insight or advice is appreciated!
Bro!! The EQ is probably still cruising around in you. It is a pretty long ester, so you could start up now. Maybe 100 a week and 400 SUS??
Are you getting new bloods to make sure?

You can extend it for a bit and we can go to TRT bridge post cycleThanks @LevButlerov! I am leaning towards extending the cycle a bit if we get to add EQ back in in a few weeks.

Thoughts/Reflections:
Solid leg day today. Managed to bump the weight up on the pendulum sqauts and everything felt strong. I also gave a Hammer Strength leg press a try for the first time, and it was significantly more challenging then the other versions I have been using. Despite the movement being essentially the same, I wasn't able to move nearly as much weight. It's always surprising how different machines can completely change the feel and difficulty of an exercise.
Finished off the quads with a drop set them left them completely torched.
Nutrition was locked in, goals were met, and all metrics continue to look good. Productive day all around.
Just a slightly different hinge location changes the load on the legs dramatically. Solid, work brotherWORKOUT

Sleep was a bit off last night. I got enough hours in, but the quality wasn't quite as deep as it has been lately. Nothing a good cup of black rifle coffee couldn't fix though. Took a bit of extra time to shake out the cobwebs, so I missed my morning dawn patrol of the boards. But the time I got to the gym, the caffeine was coursing through my veins and I was ready to go.
Absolutely destroyed chest day today, finishing things off with a set of push ups to failure. My chest development is really starting to come along nicely, with some striations beginning to show through. Always rewarding to see the hard work translate into visible progress.

Had a nice shift at work as well. The weather was perfect, so I spent most of the day cruising with the windows down and enjoying the fresh air. "Perfect" weather is a fleeting moment in time in the Midwest - the oppressive humidity is right around the corner and I will be back to relying on climate control soon enough.
Not much else to report on - totally satisfactory day in the books.

"Perfect" weather is a fleeting moment in time in the Midwest - the oppressive humidity is right around the corner and I will be back to relying on climate control soon enough.
Not much else to report on - totally satisfactory day in the books.

I absolutely love that you are keeping an eye on your numbers. That's very important. You'll learn a lot about your body too and the way your body reacts to certain foods and training. @catdadironmanWe just killing it out here!
For hemo levels, I picked up a home monitor on Amazon. It works just like a blood glucose meter - quick finger prick and gives a reading in seconds.
For body fat, I use the Garmin Index scale. I calibrated it using baseline measurements from an InBody scan.
I measure both once a week on Sundays. They do a solid job of tracking trends and stay within the expected margin of error compared to more percise methofs like bloodwork and InBody scans.
Thanks Bro!

Mind/body needs training like the body too. Good for you!Sometimes these simple, lowkey days are exactly what the mind and body needs.
Yes, hit the ground like the Hulk when he lands in the desert!so I can hit the ground running when the time comes.
Extra 4 weeks, with decent bloods like you have let's do it!I am leaning towards extending the cycle
At your level bro switch it up often to go into berserker mode it will be noticed in your pics you'll see since you're so damn lean. It's always surprising how different machines can completely change the feel and difficulty of an exercise

Thoughts/Reflections:
A night of good sleep translated into a great workout this morning. Hammered out a solid back and tricep session, and I can already tell I will be feeling it tomorrow! Some of the new gym equipment has started arriving, and I got the chance to put one of the new row machines through its paces. It felt incredibly smooth and delivered and excellent contraction - definitely going to become a regular part of my back rotation.
View attachment 242671
Managed to get outside for a bike ride later in the day as well. Kept it to an easy ten miles since posterior leg day is on deck tomorrow morning and I wanted to keep them reasonably fresh heading into the session.
Also got my E2 bloodwork drawn today. We're now two weeks into the Sustanon only phase of the rebound process, so I should have some hard numbers back soon that will give a much clearer picture of how things are progressing. The current plan is to continue with another two weeks of Sustanon only, followed by a full round of bloodwork to evaluate where everything stand and determine the next move.,
Another great day in the books!
love this TD WOW![]()

Thoughts/Reflections:
A night of good sleep translated into a great workout this morning. Hammered out a solid back and tricep session, and I can already tell I will be feeling it tomorrow! Some of the new gym equipment has started arriving, and I got the chance to put one of the new row machines through its paces. It felt incredibly smooth and delivered and excellent contraction - definitely going to become a regular part of my back rotation.
