Man when mine lock up my 1st thought is shit a hernia lol. It's usually when I do ab's after a dolid leg session. Stay hydrated brother!
Holy crap!! It was legs today!! I was engaging my core hard throughout every set and hitting box crunches in between!!
I had some liquid IV when after the lift and lots of water during!

I love how you never know what might happen when you wake up in the morning. Everyday there is something new. No matter how little, and there are opportunities if recognized at the right times! Damn, I love that!! Can it really be better than that? We are so in control of what we do, we should make every day something special, hell, like a tropical vacation wherever you are standing!!

Today because I logged on, I learned several different movements I want to work in, and I read industry competition updates, courtesy of the the Creeper!! @James Creeper
And while in the gym, I got a dm saying Lets Fucking Go!! Damn, what a way to get boosted halfway thru a tough and heavier than normal grind!! I love you guys!!
Anyhow, I hope everyone has a great great weekend and at least 1 day of beautiful rest!!

Marky Mark! What’s up brother! I’m a few days behind but wondering how your injection went.

I’ve a read a lot of Let’s Fucking Go so I’m thinking good?
TANKIE!!!! The injection went well, and it reduced the pain by 60%, but its purpose was to find out if deadening the nerve would work and was temporary. We have an ablation scheduled for the 26th!
The inflammation went down after that injection and it has been very tolerable.

I moved my calories down from maintenance to a 350 to 500 deficit but still maintaining 250 g protein and about 115 to 145g carbs, with a refeed once a week. Also moved to 2 a day cardio days..3 days a week. I have been so far been recomping but now the fat loss is speeding up.
I will continue with the tirz, 2.5 a week and the 40mcg clen 3 days on 3 days off.
I will keep the deficit, the EQ is working overtime and my lean tissue is being protected especially with the protein intake.
Onward!!!

I pulled it hard months and months ago. I just tweeked it again doing one leg leg presses. Heat, ice, stretch and lay off ot for a minute

Ahhh yes I remember this now. Ok I thought this was a new injury. Definitely take care of this and keep us posted.

The next 6 weeks will be a lot of fun! and if the shoulder ablation works, my training will get a whole lot better and muscle development will be so much better as well.

Here we go!! 0105 hours

I was exhausted this morning and when I got to the gym, it was empty, just like I like it!!
But I did not want any part of it. Bed was comfortable, but after sitting in the car for 10 minutes arguing with my inner pussy, the best part of me prevailed and I went in and got a lift in, wasn’t the best lift, but I showed up and got something done!

Two tiny scoops of taurine
10g creatine
This is good you can end the carbs here at 144g... if you need a meal later just protein snack.
Start hitting cardio hard too, ideally fasted.
