I would do a set, walk a lap around the machines, do another set and so and so on for the entire workout. It was a lifting cardio situation, maybe 30 seconds in between sets with constant motion. I was breathing hard!!
It made doing abs in between everything a lot more challenging and fun!!

Yesterday I had that shoulder ablation and I am feeling that it was a success. BUT i was warned heavily to not pick up a single weight for at least 48 hours, I almost asked the doc how I was supposed to take a leak then!!
I put on a 5 pounds of water in the last 24 hours, I think it is in response to the procedure.
I am telling you, the pain has really calmed down but I feel like I was hit in the shoulder by a bat. It was a quit the interesting experience,
I watched it on real time sonogram, it was cool!! I watched the probes go in and saw where the doc was burning the nerves. Fascinating shit!!
It wasn’t painless, I kinda liked it…OMG![]()
I believe the water was totally a trauma response, I have been peeing like a race horse ever since returning from the gym.Listen to the Doctor!
