I tried something different, @LevButlerov kinda shed some light…I started a little heavier on The Hammer Strength Flat bench and went lighter with each set and added reps, like a burnout. I would do a set, walk a lap around the machines, do another set and so and so on for the entire workout. It was a lifting cardio situation, maybe 30 seconds in between sets with constant motion. I was breathing hard!!
It made doing abs in between everything a lot more challenging and fun!!

TODAY!! NOT TOMORROW, TODAY IS THE DAY TO START BEING BETTER. DON’T BE THAT PERSON WHO SAYS, I WANT TO BE BETTER, I WILL START BEING BETTER TOMORROW. DO IT TODAY!! START RIGHT NOW!!

This is what I do as well. Final set lighter weight and high reps, if not an AMRAP.

As we get older, these little pulls take longer and longer to heal.

The KLOW I have been using lately has been a real help. Its worth looking into for yourself. Due note. It burns like a sailor's junk after shore leave. I like mixing it with gh into the target area. It takes most the bite out of it.

DOMS are the best! Take a rest day the day before your ablation or at least the day of (obviously LOL). Do something for you too, for you mental health, some good self care to go in there and come out and rock it!

Thanks Tankie! It was totally bad timing, I have found ways to work around it, but I couldn’t hold off anymore. It has been very painful. All good though. I know what I can take now…I guess 😂😂
I will totally let this settle before I attack upper body, until then….there is always legs!!!

Yesterday I had that shoulder ablation and I am feeling that it was a success. BUT i was warned heavily to not pick up a single weight for at least 48 hours, I almost asked the doc how I was supposed to take a leak then!!
So I am here at the gym for some treadmill and leg extensions and some body weight leg work.
I put on a 5 pounds of water in the last 24 hours, I think it is in response to the procedure. I am telling you, the pain has really calmed down but I feel like I was hit in the shoulder by a bat. It was a quit the interesting experience,
I watched it on real time sonogram, it was cool!! I watched the probes go in and saw where the doc was burning the nerves. Fascinating shit!!
It wasn’t painless, I kinda liked it…OMG 😂😂😂

Okay, cardio and pin loaded leg machines today and tomorrow!!

Yesterday I had that shoulder ablation and I am feeling that it was a success. BUT i was warned heavily to not pick up a single weight for at least 48 hours, I almost asked the doc how I was supposed to take a leak then!!

I put on a 5 pounds of water in the last 24 hours, I think it is in response to the procedure.

This is interesting - I wonder what would have caused this - inflammation response?

I am telling you, the pain has really calmed down but I feel like I was hit in the shoulder by a bat. It was a quit the interesting experience,
I watched it on real time sonogram, it was cool!! I watched the probes go in and saw where the doc was burning the nerves. Fascinating shit!!
It wasn’t painless, I kinda liked it…OMG 😂😂😂

We are sickos here - I loved watching them pull my bloods when they do 🤣

I believe the water was totally a trauma response, I have been peeing like a race horse ever since returning from the gym.

So I am here at the gym for some treadmill and leg extensions and some body weight leg work.

Just cardio!! I will take it for a test drive on Sat morning! LEV! I think the doc did really good. I can reach up, out, raise my arm straight up and I have some range of motion. So much inflammation has already dissipated.
This is going to be good brother!!

Yessir!! My first test drive will be really light Incline DB work……..really light. And really light row work. Believe it or not, Triceps have been a real challenge.
I am trying not to be so excited that I fuck up 😂😂😂

Before I pick up a weight, I will check in
