Hey im Samson
Im doing my first show in 2026 season c IFBB. I planned on doing season A 2026 but i pushed it back to add more time into areas that still needed attention.
I started training in the gym at the end of 2022. Started off as just a weight loss goal and has slowly progressed to now and wanting to get on stage and continue to push myself to be better. This journey has also lead me onto completing my cert 3 and 4 in fitness and currently working in a gym part time on the Goldcoast Australia and part-time construction. Making the dedication to focus on my training full time leading into show and future events.
Food currently on 2600 cals daily
Protien 240g per day
Carbs 282g per day
fats 58g per day
Fibre 36g per day
Age. 35
Height. 6.4ft or 196cm
Before cut weight. 128kgs
Currently cutting and weighing in daily
Started cutting on the 1st of April 22 weeks out aprox.
Currently 115.2kgs 28/5/26 weight loss 12.8kgs so far
I do have a coach as well! Which keeps me accountable and on track
Ive always kept dosages for steroids minimum and feel i have had a great response
Cycle For bulking prior to cut.

500mg test E 3 x per week
350mg EQ 3 x per week
(Did run this up until 31st April)
Cycle currently from 1/05/28

0.2ml Retatutide per week split into 4 x pins per week
3iu Hgh at night before bed
Other supps and vitamins
Fish oil, vitamin c, vitamin d, Magnesium, zinc, any more recommendations please tell me
Training 5 days per week.
Blood work done recently and everything in check!
I will be competing in classic physique and possibly bodybuilding Category as well!
