currently 9% bodyfat
Current PEDs in use:
Suston 350 @ 400mgs per week (Split into daily injections)
Masteron E 200 @ 300mgs per week
EQ 200 @ 300mgs Per week
Tren Hex 100 @ 20 mgs daily injections
GH 4iu per day (2iu am and 2iu pm)
Arimadex 0.5mgs per week.
(these will change in the course)
Blood work is taken every 4 weeks to monitor my all my markers and make adjustments.

Red rice yeast extract
Magnesium

Multi vitamin
NAC 500mg per day
My Current Calories are 2700 per day and Macros are;
P 229
C 300
F 65
They are going to titrate up now to start concentrating on more size especially the quads, hamstrings and calves, before nailing condition.
My current Training split is;
Mon: Hamstring, Glutes and Calves
Tues: Back and Biceps
Wed: Chest, Tris and Abs
Thurs: Rest Day (30 mins fasted cardio)
Friday: Shoulders, Tris and abs
Sat: Quads and Calves
Sun: Rest day (30 mins fasted Cardio)
The reason iv started this log is to keep myself accountable to the lead up of my competition.
I will be competing in Classic physique division in Novice.
