G'day guys... I've decided to start my log journey to my first competition coming up in September 2026.

Super excited to be partnering up with two fantastic vendors that have been nothing but supportive @ODINLABS and @Gold Standard Labs, Where they have been supplying Quality ⚙️

Im currently
182cm
88kgs
currently 9% bodyfat

Current PEDs in use:

Suston 350 @ 400mgs per week (Split into daily injections)
Masteron E 200 @ 300mgs per week
EQ 200 @ 300mgs Per week
Tren Hex 100 @ 20 mgs daily injections
GH 4iu per day (2iu am and 2iu pm)
Arimadex 0.5mgs per week.

(these will change in the course)
Blood work is taken every 4 weeks to monitor my all my markers and make adjustments.

Tudca 1000 mgs per day
Milk thistle
Vitamin c
Co Q10
Red rice yeast extract
Magnesium
Fish oil
Multi vitamin
NAC 500mg per day

My Current Calories are 2700 per day and Macros are;

They are going to titrate up now to start concentrating on more size especially the quads, hamstrings and calves, before nailing condition.

My current Training split is;

Mon: Hamstring, Glutes and Calves
Tues: Back and Biceps
Wed: Chest, Tris and Abs
Thurs: Rest Day (30 mins fasted cardio)
Friday: Shoulders, Tris and abs
Sat: Quads and Calves
Sun: Rest day (30 mins fasted Cardio)

The reason iv started this log is to keep myself accountable to the lead up of my competition.

I will be competing in Classic physique division in Novice.

I chose to add in eq as I wanted to run Primobolan but unfortunately cant get any with the current situation.

My last bloods i took on the first of November my e2 was 45, but I have dropped the arimadex from my protocol as its not needed, and feeling better.

As for Pro biotics I will start to incorporate, I do use digestive enzymes.
Multi vitamin and fibre.

Goal now is to start gradually introducing more calories to put some lean size on. Staying in good condition before the pre contest starts.

In the new year I will go back to trt dose to give my body a break before contest prep.

You should drop your eq dose a bit as well 300mgs too much if you have masteron, drop to 100mgs @Philouzo

A.M training before going into work.

Weight this morning was 89.2kgs

pre workout injected 1ml of @ODINLABS
injecatble L Carnitine (smooth with no pip as always)


Training Shoulders, tris and abs

Cable face pulls 2 sets of 15
Seated Dumbell Press 3 of 10
Seated Dumbell lateral raises 4 sets of 12
Reverse pec dec flys 3 sets of 12
Smith machine shoulder press 2 sets of 4 cluster sets 16 reps in total.

Tricep v bar push downs 4 sets of 12
Tricep over head cable extensions 3 sets of 12 reps

Cable kneeling crunches 4 sets of 12
Followed by 20 minutes on treadmill

Total steps today 12848

My appetite is starting to increase.. im assuming the EQ as that should be fully saturated in my system as this is the 6th week on it.

Total water intake today was 4.3 ltrs, very important to stay hydrated...

Looking forward to tomorrow's quads session 😀

Sun: Rest day (30 mins fasted Cardio)

@Philouzo Bros that smart E2 being too low is not good. It's going to prevent you from getting the gains that you want. So definitely bring it back up.
 
G'day guys... I've decided to start my log journey to my first competition coming up in September 2026.

Super excited to be partnering up with two fantastic vendors that have been nothing but supportive @ODINLABS and @Gold Standard Labs, Where they have been supplying Quality ⚙️

Current PEDs in use:

Suston 350 @ 400mgs per week (Split into daily injections)
Masteron E 200 @ 300mgs per week
EQ 200 @ 300mgs Per week
Tren Hex 100 @ 20 mgs daily injections
GH 4iu per day (2iu am and 2iu pm)
Arimadex 0.5mgs per week.

(these will change in the course)
Blood work is taken every 4 weeks to monitor my all my markers and make adjustments.

I chose to add in eq as I wanted to run Primobolan but unfortunately cant get any with the current situation.

My last bloods i took on the first of November my e2 was 45, but I have dropped the arimadex from my protocol as its not needed, and feeling better.

As for Pro biotics I will start to incorporate, I do use digestive enzymes.
Multi vitamin and fibre.

Goal now is to start gradually introducing more calories to put some lean size on. Staying in good condition before the pre contest starts.

In the new year I will go back to trt dose to give my body a break before contest prep.

I love waking up early on the weekends to get the work in...

Fasted weight this morning was 88.4kgs

A.M fasted cardio on my treadmill at home 30 minutes.

(Upon rising on an empty stomach i take 2iu GH and 1ml injectable L Carnitine before fasted cardio. I also pin my Suston350 from @Gold Standard Labs smooth and PIP free 🤌 )

At 12 Miday, I hit Quads and Calves

- Pendulum Squats 3 x 12
- Leg Extensions 4 x 12
- Pin loaded leg press 3 x 12 (feet close together to work on outer quads)
- Walking Lunges with Dumbells 3 x 10 per leg
- superset with sissy squats
- abductor machine for inner quads 3 x 12
- seated calf raises 4 x 12

20 minutes post cardio on treadmill

Overall I was happy with my workout but didn't leave the gym with the leg pain where you cant walk...

I got all my meals in but it was my birthday during the week, and we went out for dinner to a Greek restaurant with my family.

Had a Lamb yiros... it was soo good..

Tomorrow back on track... its my rest day so ill be doing afew things around the house and some paperwork.

Dynamite combo to keep lean right there! Have you tried mots c yet brother? Would be a great addition to the gh and l carn before your cardio and just the stability of energy thoughout the rest of the day too. Have a look, its mechanical pathways pair extremely well with l-carnitine.

Trained today at 5pm..

Hamstrings, Glutes and Calves

Started off with,

- Seated calf Raises 4 x 12
- Lying leg curls 2 sets of 10 x 10 drop sets
- Single leg press glute and Hamstring focused. 3 x 15
- Barbell stiff leg Deadlifts 3 x 10
- Seated Leg curls 3 x 12
- abductor machine glute focused 3 x 15 heavy as possible.

Finished off with 20 minutes Cardio.

I had a solid workout that I was happy with, starting to push the muscle group harder now as need build the lower body.


Total steps today 12841
Water intake 4.9l

Tomorrow we training Back and Biceps.. my favourite muscle group 💪

I have my Greens drink with electrolytes, creatin, glutamine and 5 mls of methylene blue in 500mls of water and drink that on the way to work, before my first meal.

Sunday was my rest day.... woke up at 5am did 45 mins fasted cardio.

Meals and meal timings are all on point 😃

Suston 350 @ 400mgs per week (Split into daily injections)

GH 4iu per day (2iu am and 2iu pm)
Arimadex 0.5mgs per week.

(these will change in the course)

@Philouzo great job on the standing calf raises and machine chest flies. Also, nice job finishing up with the triceps. That is a great workout right there.

Changed up the program to really focus on building mass, as i lead up to February ill kick in a health phase and then begin prep in May for September competition.

Leg extensions:
4 sets of 15

Pendulum Squats
3 sets of 8

Leg Press
2 Sets of 20

Seated inner thigh abductor machine
3 sets of 15

Standing Calf raises
4 sets of 15

Machine Chest flys
2 sets of 15

Dumbell flat chest press
3 sets of 10

Bros, this is looking really good on these exercises. I like a hard leg day and I like hooking up some upper body on the same day. @Philouzo That's a good one.

@Philouzo pendulum squats, leg press, and seated inner thigh abductor machine that is a good mix to put together. Slowly adding size is good, those are keepable gains.

I'm glad you guys in Australia are getting good quality gear. It wasn't always the case. It used to be like that in America too, especially during the 90s. @Philouzo
