Approved Log 2026 Testosterone Recomp Cycle Log with Gold Standard Labs

Got my results for follow up bloods today. Hemaglobin dropped to 182 and hematocrit to 0.56. Very happy with the results. Will run another set of bloods Friday and hoping to see a steady drop.. will cruise for 6-8 weeks and full send it again.

Overall looking back at my pictures from start of cycle to current. For a short 2 and a half months cycle we made some good progression. Goal on this cruise is to maintain and possibly lean out more.

Havnt updated my log in a while. What's going on lads training has been good. Currently cruising on 300mg test E but struggling with high hematocrit levels. Thinking to drop to 200mg cruise and add in telmisartan to see if it helps. I know donating blood is recommended but it's only a temporary fix.

Pulling back and running a health phase will be a great system reboot brother!

Takes real discipline to execute but worth it long term!
