So I want to introduce my self and show my transformation in the past year and give my current cycle log

I am 41 about to be 42 .. 190-105 pounds about 5”8 ..
I started on trt in December of 2024 my first “cycle “ was 400 test and trizeptide I did that for 12 weeks then health phase 5weeks back to trt dose got blood work then start second cycle 16 weeks 750 test 350eq 4mg Reta and last 4 weeks 150-200 tren this is when I found us pharmacies and switch to there products .. I went on a 6 week health phase at trt dose for blood work and now I am 4 weeks on my current cycle all us pharmacies products.. I have been tapering up but plan on ending at 500 test 500 mast 250 dhb a week 4 iu of hgh a night and 6mg of Reta a week

Will post this cycle starting from week one to update the group but here is my transformation pics from April to February will post current pics too

Gear: I will be switching from test cyp to test deconate usp has a test deconate 500 so will be less volume of oil will stop cyp next as I transition esters ..will be switching my masteron from prop to mast e too same kind of transition allow longer ester to saturate and then pull shorter ester out

I have gained 3-5 pounds I think it’s water retention from hgh ..

My strength has went up in all my lifts it’s crazy I am just adding more and more weight with to everything and it seems like “gravity don’t exist “ lol I haven’t pushed my bench to hard but on every cable machine added a new hole .. and my hack squat I added a extra 45 on each side 2 weeks ago then this week added a extra 25 on each side and it don’t feel much different lol a little but nothing crazy …

I’d just keep a close eye on health markers with that current stack because test/mast/dhb + HGH together is a lot to manage long term, even if you’re doing health phases and bloodwork.

Still, respect for actually documenting everything and staying consistent instead of just posting “before/after miracle” pics with no context.

Today also did sprints at 530 am with my 2 running partners and well we had to switch it up and just jog so today was 7 sprints 20 sec work 40 sec rest and then we got a great surprise the dam sprinklers went off on us they loved it me not so much lol but finish with a 15 min jog because didn’t have much time befor gym and work pics of my running partners lol

Meal 5 chicken, rice, and veggies

Well 5 days a week for sure my other 2 days I don’t hit that it’s a prep day on Monday and Sunday is day of and date day the only day I get to do something with the family so don’t get to eat all my meals

@US-pharmacies There DHB is very smooth and the test deconate I have no issues pinning at all don’t know if it’s saturated fully yet …I haven’t felt any estrogen issues so masteron is doing its job ..I am having some water retention from the hgh might drop to 3 iu … I am gaining weight and strength . I have notice a little increase in hunger even with the Reta .. could be the DHB not sure I know EQ can cause hunger but over all I feel great … people are saying dam you look like you got bigger what are you doing lol …

See Community Research thread above to look into adding Cag to your Reta. I'm using 3mg Reta and 2mg Cag.
So I did add a protein drink befor bed will add that in to total protein I am right there at almost 400 will show in next update … I still need my appetite right now so might want to wait with the cag I am pushing higher then normal calories right now now by much am most comfortable at around 2800 cal but defiantly will get cag for the end of this cycle where I try and dial back down some things

Ahhh this makes sense. Keep the appetite then while you're pushing the macros especially for Protein King.
Log 400g protein a day for 2 weeks and post pics and document the 400g, if you can do 14 days consecutive you got the badge bro. Keep up the great work!
 
So I did it this week this is my updated meal plan added a extra protein shake and little bit more Greek yogurt and so today is first day to eating all this protein will update how easy it was

So much meat to eat
so much to eat but it looks soooo good :D
