Sounds epic brother. Can we get some pics of the equipment.Early session this morning. I've recently changed gyms to a dedicated hypertrophy facility here at home and am loving it. Heaps of machines that are pretty much non-existent elsewhere in Australia. The difference in feel between cheap commercial gym equipment and the high end imported pieces we have here is actually insane.

Thanks for the pics brother. That is some great looking kit there. Love what looks like a belt squat machine.Managed to sneak a session in today amongst the myriad of kid's sports and wife's social life
First day using this equipment so a bit of messing around finding a baseline. Surprisingly no adductor machine so they were somewhat neglected today. They definitely got a work over on the hip press though, that thing is insane.
Some machine pics down below of some of my favourite pieces in the new gym for those who are interested.

Interesting you find that with the mct. I have the opposite reaction. GSO is not friendly but MCT is smooth as. Shows once again that you really have to play around a bit with things to find what works best for you.Updated Stats

For those following the PIP saga:
Switched back to the Test Cyp in cottonseed oil rather than the MCT and had no PIP at all. From this we can safely assume that it's the MCT carrier in the new gear that I don't get along withGood thing I only bought a couple of vials I guess.
I have about 8 weeks supply of the pharma stuff left so will revert to that while I look into what other options I have for non-MCT Test. Looks like maybe Raptor GSO Test E might be an option. Not keen to go back to paying $450 a vial through the clinic so will need to find something that works.
Training: Another good session today. Went really hard out the gate and started to run out of steam a bit toward the end. Got some good lifts in though; 90kg single arm high rows probably the highlight.

It deadset baffles me; I can see zero logic behind it. In theory everything points to MCT being less inflammatory. Dietary MCT has never had any negative effects on me, but from the moment that oil hits my tissue the I can feel it react. Hopefully the GSO is similar to the CSO and sits well with meInteresting you find that with the mct. I have the opposite reaction. GSO is not friendly but MCT is smooth as. Training: I've been feeling a bit of adrenal fatigue and elevated resting heart rate of late and have decided to stop taking any pre-workout supps. I will keep coffee and use this pre-training. I've started experimenting with a new intraworkout carb protocol that Phil Viz is using in attempt to maintain energy/intensity through longer sessions. I ran it today and felt really good and most importantly had no crash/adrenal burnout after.
The highlight of today's session would have to be programming belt squat after heavy leg press; the decompression it provides after the compression of the pivot press is unreal.
