Approved Log 2026 Summer Build Phase Cycle Log with Team US-Pharmacies

@BigVelvetG nothing wrong with a simple workout like this. I love to start my chest day with bench press a lot of the times. It really gets the blood flowing.
Unfortunately I can’t do a barbell bench press yet due to my shoulder but these cable bench presses really get the upper chest pumping and the movement pattern doesn’t trigger my shoulder pain

That's smart. If it bothers you, don't do it.
 
It’s been a long time since I posted any food so……
First up is my cream of rice with 30 grams of pea protein before my lift

Then a banana as I drive to to the gym

Once I’m done with my lift, it’s an overnight oats with protein chia and flax seed

Then I have my pre lunch monster mash

And lunch time rolls around and it’s off to the chow hall where today was surf and turf. I usually stay away from the fried stuff but the shrimp went with the steak…..

Then at home my daughter made some shells and cheese so I snagged a serving of this

Started running out of time so I did these next two as fast as I could stand it
