TRT/Cruise- Test cyp 150, daily pin

Goal- 8% bf, 170-175 lbs

Training- Hybrid- Strength 4 days/Running 3 days. I know low intensity cardio is best for building muscle, but I'm a runner and do a couple half marathons a year. This is why I'm doing dry compounds. I don't like to bulk/cut.

Diet- Calories 2200-2500, Macros- Protein 225, Fat 90, Carbs 150

Sleep- Aim for 8 hours, but this is where I struggle.

Supplements- IM8 Essentials and Longevity daily, Vitamin D- 5,000 iu, Creatine- 10 g, HMB- 3 g, Omega 3- 4,200 mg twice per day, Citrus Bergamot- 1,200 mg, Leviathan Hemoflow, Huge Defend Cycle Support, Tudca- 550 mg, Perfect Amino- 6.5 g

Test E & Primo E- 300 (12 weeks)
Tren A- 100 (weeks 6-12)
All Daily pin
Caber and Ralox on hand if need be. Arim is supplied with my trt but I don't typically need it when cruising.

Peptides- Ipa/cjc 300 mcg 5 days per week, Mots-c 400 mcg 5 days per week, Reta 3 mg twice per week

*Latest bloods are missing hematocrit and hemoglobin. I'm getting retested but I believe they are in range. Upped test to 250 a couple weeks ago. On my trt dose of 150, test is usually 900, free 200 and estrogen 30.

@RndmC3 the diet looks really good. Hopefully you can work on the sleep. Maybe look into DSIP. It can help you sleep better.

having a goal to get into single digits is amazing. This should be a fun one to see how you do. Sleep will be important for recovery so try and get that on point. @RndmC3

@RndmC3 seeing more and more people using ipa/cjc. its actually a lot more popular then people think. a lot of people love its mild effects and great results

Bros, I think we all struggle to get eight hours of sleep. Trust me, I work a plumbing business and sometimes I get calls in the middle of the night. I sleep three hours, then I get a call, then I have to come home and try to sleep three more hours. It's hard. @RndmC3
