too much zinc

how much is too much zinc? is there such a thing, I'm using ZMA now but thinking I'm using too much.

How much are you using? The standard male dosage for zinc is 3 tablets 30-60 minutes before bed.

Zinc is a water soluble vitamin so any excess is just going to be excreted in your urine and won't harm you. It will lead to very expensive bathroom visits, however. Mega dosing ZMA won't do you any benefit. 3 tablets per day is plenty.

Even if you are taking too much zinc, it won't hurt you, as the excess zinc gets flushed away with the urine.

One thing about the supplement world, nothing ever stays the same (product wise). Companies instead, "revamp" / change the products packaging to regulaly for you to stick with a product you truly like.

just stick at or near the recommend dosage bro, no need to take more

Stick with the recommendation on the bottle. Zinc can cause some serious nausea if you are taking to much or without food.
