I have high blood pressure problems, started my 1st n2guard bottle about 2 weeks ago and now I have blood pressure that actually is normal or drops. Like low blood pressure! amazing but what do I do when my BP is low? a bit confused here about the dosing.

I just ordered 2 bottles of N2Guard from n2bm but I want use a daily vitamin B complex, would it be overkill? was reading the ingredient list for n2guard and it looks like it's a stack of vitamin B, so what is the best option, stack or just keep to what I got.

Just saw N2guard has taurine in it and I'm not really good with stimulants, is it like a stimulant? or is it light dose enough not to mess with my CNS before my bed time. I am a light sleeper and I don't take any stims before training at all as a rule.
