Approved Log 2026 Summer Recomp Cycle Log

Today’s day of eating poverty cals. Will do a refeed of sorts tomorrow.

Every days main 2 meals. 1 big bowl eat half of it for lunch and other half for dinner. 10 oz chicken breast, 150g rice, 2 servings of lentil stew with veggies type thing.

Feel like I can already tell a bit of drop in drive and mood from the reduction of Testosterone and NPP. Once primo saturated in about 3-4 more weeks think it’ll be much better.

Lower body / arm day was good today. 26mins of LISS cardio after.

So far since May 30th I’ve dropped about 9lbs. Be back in the 270s by next Tuesday I’m thinking.

when you go low carbs, you need to go high fat, you cant do low carbs and low fat, the protein will be used for energy meaning your body will be used to breaking down muscle for energy, think AAs @MeatBlock80 you need to adjust the diet add omega 3 fats :D

you should cut the npp and stay on test, the mood issue is from npp

I love nandrolone though I’m pretty sure it’s just from the overall lowering the amounts of both. Last week when both had been higher I felt great! 🥹🥲 May add a half tab of proviron making my daily dose 37.5 instead of just 25mg. Has been working well for libido purposes though at 25mg.

Yeah I am taking in omega 3s through fish oil and flaxseed, I could increase my fat some I guess I just prefer to keep it low as to not drive up LDL on cycle. Gonna get bloods done in July see what they look like and possibly increase NPP to 150mg and test to 200mg.

Morning fasted weight 280.4lbs. Waist is 43.8” neck is 16.5”. Def feeling leaner. 10lbs down in 13 days. I know majority is water though haha.
