I bought from a reputable source I highly enjoy not saying its their issue but since they sent out product it's been over three weeks and nothing yet from usps last two orders were 10-12 days flat. Doesn't help that tracking isn't working

It's definitely a little slower this time of year but shouldn't be too much. Now if Customs is backed up that's a different story and could add days or weeks onto the time

Whoever you order from should provide you with some sort of tracking, check your tracking #. Usually this time of year, packages get slower. I've seen things slow down up to extra 5-9 business day, depending on your location.
