arimidex capsules question

I'm on my post cycle and purchased some arimidex than comes in 1mg capsules. I'm supossed to take 0.5 and my question is if I can take out the powder split in half and mix it with water and drink it? also what would be the the most accurate way to split in 0.5 ? may be a scale? thank you.

The half life of arimidex is 47 hours so you don't have to obsess about taking slightly more or less of half a capsule every other day. As long as you are in the ball park, that's all that matters.

Open up the capsule and dump it onto a plate. Add 1/2 of the powder into a small amount of apple sauce or sugar free jam and eat it every other day. You don't need to weigh out the weight of the powder. Just eye ball it.

It would be easier to split and put on food rather than in water. You will lose a bunch if you put it in liquid. You could also just take a full capsule less often.

Yeah, just take out the powder, and mix it with some apple sauce. This should be fine.

you should start out at half a mg every other day and adjust as needed for the cycle.

split the powder with a credit card and consume half of it then. Sort of like drugs, just dont snort it, haha
