Well capp called me earlier and let me know that Ashley won her fight! She won by TKO @ 2:20 of the first round.

It wasnt even close Ashley dominated the fight from the word go. Work her over with a Great Thai clinch for about a min. Then she threw her opponent to the ground & started a in side control. After she moved to mount it was over she pounded her till the referee stepped in and stopped it.

I was soooooooooooooo excited when we received the call as well!!!!!!!! Had previously asked Capp to keep me updated with her fight and everything and was thinking a lot about her yesterday.

I am so very proud of her and so please beyond words to have both Capp as well as Ashley on our site. Words cannot express how proud of her I am and how thankful of both of them we truly are.

Way to go Ashley, Hope you are enjoying your victory and your nights following!!!! HAHAH

Thanks everybody, I had a great time beating her down. I was well prepared and trained very hard for the fight and it paid off in the results. Between the strength and conditioning regimen, the supplement regimen, and the fight regimen I was on, everything peaked at exactly the right time and I don't think it would've mattered who I fought, I was just ready to go. Big thanks to NTBM for sponsoring me with an extremely effective supply of supplements that proved to be beneficial to preparing an MMA athlete. I couldn't be happier with the result, I am taking a week off, then back to training for the next fight. As soon as I get the video I will post it up for everyone, trust me I can't wait to see it either. ​

Oh yes, the rest of the night included numerous cigarettes and Long Island Ice Teas. I then remembered the next morning why it was important to quit both in order to train, but for the hours following the fight, it certainly felt good to celebrate! Back to business next week, and I'm actually looking forward to getting back to training hard again, it feels weird taking a week off, I have to literally force myself not to workout.......it is quite sad.​
