Seriously it is easy and cheap to make. B.A. and the 10ml injecting water bottles from needle exchange. Pick up some free 3ml syringes and harpoons while you are there. Tell them they are for steroids so you get the correct gauge.
The water to B.A. is a Google away. Or someone who knows the rules better than me may post it. I'm shiny new so not stepping out of the safe zone yet.
Sorry B.A. is also a Google away and within the law to purchase. Cleans the bedroom mirror of that nasty splatter better than windex or spit.
