Was planning on running it on my 10 week test cycle but also wanted to utalize it for pct and as a bridge between cycles would running cardarine for instance 4 months be okay and would it continue to work or would my receptors become used to it

At a sensible dosage (such as 20mg/day) it is fine to take that long. However, I would recommend taking a good 6-8 weeks off of cardarine GW after being on the compound that long.

What I personally would do is use cardarine GW as part of your 10 week cycle and PCT. Then take a 4 week break from all compounds, then start a 8-12 week bridge (with cardarine), run a mini PCT for 4 weeks and then start your next cycle (with cardarine again if you wish).

For the mini PCT I recommend 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Thanks for the info brothers definitely can say i found my home and that's evo never been into the whole forum thing but evo changed that

bro what you do is run cardarine the last 8 weeks of the cycle...@20mgs ed...then run it the whole pct...this way you can play it into the 12-14 week time range and get results on cycle and during pct...

you can use GW for 12 weeks no prob, just take a break after

It wont hurt you to run Cardarine for that long. However, it will be more effective to take a break before bridging with it, so I suggest you follow @Muskate's advice.
