Hey guys I was wondering what is the best way to increase calories burned when doing cardio. Should the speed be increased, incline or duration. What is your cardio routine?
 
More intense cardio will burn more calories per time period. For example a fast moving stair climber will burn more calories than a slow walk on the treadmill, so you would have to stay on the treadmill longer to burn the same amount of calories (you might miss out on strengthening your heart though). I mix my cardio up as far as how I do it, and I generally do 30 minutes to an hour a day
