DAY 1

hello everyone!
Today was day 1 of my 19-tren tfo cycle.
I've done a tren cycle once before and go great results fast so i'm back again with alot more knowledge.

I will do the best i can to keep anyone interested up to date with my progress and results.

I would also love any tips or advice. Especially advice on PCT's. I hear sooooo many different kinds. As of now i will be taking a combo of clomid and forged pct the day i get off the tren. This will be my first time messin with clomid. Ive been told i should take it 2 weeks into my tren cycle. But that just sounds weird to me.

I keep forgetting about the PH stuff, i never did a PH cycle.
 
Good Luck bro, but be sure to get your proper pct products on hand ASAP. You should always have them BEFORE you start the cycle. Just in case, you never know what could happen!

You should start a log and document your product usage, diet and training regimen....that way if anything is off, we can hel pyou out with figuring out what's up and what you can do to make it better

ok here we go. starting to get serious. i NEVER watched my diet in the past. always just exercised a lil to keep the bod looking good naked lol.
For this cycle i will stick to a diet and keep a log. (first time logging too!)
please excuse the name of sum of the exercises. (dont know wut all their names are)

DAY1:
Bench-- 155lbs(12), 185(10), 185(10), 205(6)
Cable flys-- 27lbs(10), 27(10), 32(10), 32(8)
Incline press--50's(8), 50's(8), 50's(8)
50 pushups

DAY2:
Curls-- 40's(8), 40's(8), 40's(8)
Hammer Curls-- 40's(6), 40's(6), 40's(8)
Crooked lookin Curl Bar haha-- 85lbs(6), 85(5), 85(5)
Rowing Machine(back)-- 170lbs(12), 170(12), 170(12)
20 pullups
Shrugs-- 55lbs(10), 65(10)
Raise my arms from waist extended out to sides(i call them jesus lifts ha)-20'S(10) 20'S(10), 20'S(10)

DIET:
I eat most my meals in a navy galley.
Morning-- omlette with meet and cheese or 3 boiled eggs and an apple, tall glass of 1% milk, coffee
Lunch--whatever meat is for lunch that day, veggies, apple or orange, alot of baby cARROTS, tall glass of milk, sumtimes a coffee
Dinner-- most days i skip galley chow for dinner and i make 2 tuna melts.(tuna, very lil mayo, sweet relish, american cheese, on whole grains oats & honey bread)

any pointers? (i know the diets not the best, i'll eat a slice of cake or a cookie sum days, cheeseburgers r my fav, mac and cheese cant stay away from, i LOVE to eat so my diet will always be a lil wavy)

Looks pretty good bro. U in the navy? For i was a marine, u on pump or land bound? I would do pressing movements first, for thats where u get you'll get ur size, shapiing movements as flyes either before or after. Better protein bars are the shit which will help anyone in the military. I would also look up future as a member here for he has a shit ton of posts covering everything. Needless to say ur here so everyone will help u. Good luck Broheim.
 
I'd start the clomid when you're done with the Tren, I'm not sure how much you'd really gain from running it during the tren... I think the clomid would keep your testicles fuller but it wouldn't alleviate the suppression from the tren.

Anyway, good luck bro. With the diet, I'd just try to space the meals out more, being in the military makes it tough, try to get some protein snacks in there between the meals. Counting calories is tough, i settled for just counting grams of protein a day and establishing a minimum, that's a good way to start.

im on land, stationed in boston, i take down two shakes a day, i like the syntha 6 right after my work out and then a high 5 before bed.

skull crushers-- 85lbs(8)(10)(8)
tricep presses(dumbell over head behind back)-- 75(10),80(8),80(10)
dips-- added 45lbs(15), 70(15), 90(20)
leg press machine: 310(12),(12),(10)
